    meetups should be arranged beforehand on forums or with your pals. can all agree to not expect in game casual friendlies ?? Agreed.

    there was that one thread about journal logs. also, i see potential in this encouraging people killing each other. bandits are bad enough already... but this does sound COOL!!

    i am currently running Arma 2 Free and OA on a budget pc. this being the first pc game that im really getting into, i had not previously invested into a more powerful system. after optimizing setting, updates and patches (most of this you will have to do regardless of free or not), i am still having a very enjoyable experience playing DayZ. i shopped around sand found OA for only $12.00 I think. Ive been very happy with my purchase. I may upgrade from Arma 2 free to Arma 2 CO, as I hear it has significantly better graphics, but this is a little down the road since I feel I am already at the limits of what my current system can do.

    its not so prevalent and the admins/batteleye seem to be on top of things. i have yet to encounter a clear case of hackers after a week.

    this is about the time im on. 12-3, but im still a bit of a noob. would this be on us or germ/euro servers (night? day?). also, i would need to get started with Skype/Mumble.. it would be awesome to meet friendlies. thanks
