    It brings back the emotions and dreams of a 1997 me. Playing UO and wondering about the limitless possibilities of gaming? Yeah the one before all the carebear nerf herders arrived and ruined it! Rocket is returning some faith in gaming to me. I'll support him as long as he never gives those crying sacks of donor organs an inch.

    My man you are mistaken, it is very easy to get "military" grade weapons in ex soviet countries. Yes they cost alot and god forbid you are caught with them. Believe me Russia and the U.S have a surplus of guns and people willing to get them to you.

    Everytime I hear "end-game" I have 1 of 2 reactions. 1.) Would be to strangle the twit while explaining there is no effing end game in a alpha! 2.) Would be to plant my size 13 boot in their WoW ass! End game in DayZ is what you make of it. This isn't that game! I need to quit reading these forums for a while!

    Let me inject something here, the 50 cal is not a rare gun. You can goto almost any gun store and purchase one. Plus we are in a war torn country, I am sure the military camps would have some on hand also. Stop crying about this stupid nerf herder bullshit. Lets focus on the important shit first. You know the bugs, dupes, and hacks first. I highly doubt it would be such a big deal once those issues are solved. If you try and tell us it's hurting your gaming experience... Fuck off your testing not playing. /rant

    There is a video where he (Rocket)talks about them. They will be companion animals who will hunt (notify us) animals and warn us of danger strangers. I can't wait to hear the QQ'ing when someone's dog gets shot and ate in front of them.

    Man after spending all night fretting about this stuff at work. I've installed latest patch, I've tinkered with my files, and I use a custom skin... I just knew i was gonna be banned. It would be nice to hear something official on custom skins and tinkering with config files. (hint hint Rocket or Forum Overlords!) I don't hack, cheat, or otherwise piss on the spirit of any game. So when I logged in and saw I wasn't banned I let out a sigh of relief. To those of you who were, if you are truly innocent I hope it gets worked out. If you are guilty... please don't come back, we don't take kindly to your kind!

    Recovery Fire is an important tool in your arsenal. If the sniper isn't being shot at he has time to to shoot you. Find cover and return fire. Automatic fire has saved me from a .50 to the gray matter plenty of times. If you find yourself in a panic remember 3 deep breaths and keep moving until you hit your cover.

    I find fun in observing the habits of players, rescuing the poor souls about to be over run, just wandering the map for the hell of it. Now I also enjoy ambushing bandits trying to ambush survivors, making idiot mistakes and getting my head blown off! Get a vehicle and drop it off on the beach and watch the chao ensue. I am easily amused tho! Here is a standard idiotic response "SUCK MEH BALLS MO!" & "Effing troll is effing amusing" Scoot along now skippy.
