    They have said they are tinkering and Ka-noodling things, greasing the pixies and lubricating the wizards, making sure the 0's and 1's are in order + removing the pesky 2's! Yep we should have a smoother program indeed!

    The problem is they go to the servers with 3rd person enabled, then come here and bitch about it! Instead of populating a 1st person server where it is fair for them. They claim 1srt person servers are dead, just an excuse. They should just not goto servers with 3rd enabled... easy problem solved. But instead they want to act superior to those who prefer 3rd, it is simple stupidity IMO.

    This is nice, I think alot of us feel this way. Me personally? I had lost faith in ever finding a game that challenged me in more ways then some buttons pressed. I am grateful to know at least one game designer isn't concerned with holding my hand. So thanks Rocket! You are one of 2 game designers I will forever remember as the guys that made the best games I've played.

    *Breaks out club & begins beating this dead minced horse somemore* Really there are 1st person only servers play on them, if you people would quit whining and get together maybe you would have more players to play with. (If they allowed 3rd person only servers, they would be dead too) I like using both. 1st person superior aiming, and focusing. 3rd person is better for situational awareness. My opinion on the matter leave it be. 1st person people group up pick a server (or group of them) and populate it/them.

    No Orlok you will stay put! No beans for you my friend! Now me I love it here! My favorite? To many to mention, but I did play on a dirty admin'd server where they kept the only chopper locked down. I was ghillied they landed to refuel. Left it running I ran up, hopped in brought it up and back down upside down ontop of them. Got banned from that server for being an asshole! Everyone blew up on side chat, I felt like a modern day hero! :D

    As for a fair server Balota Buddies servers are great. As for the people complaining about bad admins, they are out there. Abusing the power a admin has is bound to happen. Personally i just choose not to play on those servers at the first sign of it. I bet if (some) the people complaining received special privilages tho, some would be singing a different song. I'd prefer a bad admin over a script bitch any day. I can choose to avoid the bad admin.

    I did, I was busy on the hampster wheel of the current MMO trends. I played Operation Flashpoint tho, and I remember i thought about buying it but as stated i was chasing the never obtainable carrot.

    Wow alot of folks got alot to say about the SA. Me personally... I don't care when, what, or where. I just think Rocket needs a hot lady (or 3) to jump his bones while'st he is off. He needs to go out with some old friends shoot the shit, drive like he stole it (rental of course), get drunk, punch an angry Dwarf midget small person in the nuts. But most of all just have a wonderful holiday! As for you damn mods... get to work! Them ban threads ain't gonna lock themselves. Sheeze Rocket is gone and you guys go and start making new threads! ;)

    DayZ end game? You must aquire the golden AKM Kobra and hunt down the bigfoot on Green Mountain while chugging a Mt. Dew. Only then have you become an elite Dayz player!

    This takes some getting used to, but after a while it becomes second nature. Also now when I play an arcade shooter, I get more kills and die less! I just can't run and gun anymore. Although I do have episodes of bad luck. 2 other people on the server I admin, and I bump into them. BLAM i was DED dead!

    If I am carrying 2 primary weapons i have 4 mags of the main and 3 of the other. If i am just walking with 1 primary I carry 6. (unless it is a lmg then it is 2 or 3 depending on which it is)

    If you are just exploring use the editor. I think you can see where on a live server that would be kind of unfair. Although it is possible but extreamly scumy.

    Morgan I've used Pendragon since the 80's (being a D&D nerd and all)... kind of hard to just give it up. Also truth be told, I use Ben Franklin quotes on most forums i post on. Here is the first place people accused me of being hypocitical when I spoke out in a way ol' Ben probably rarely did. So My DayZ forum persona was born. I still do troll/criticize/condemn/complain/& just act foolish from time to time, but after a few moderator backwoods beatings... I settled down some.

    Whoa what the!? He said he has Arma 2 (full) and OA. (thru steam) Use 6 uploader or DayZ commander (commander is better imho) Go into settings (in commander) Put the directory (aka where the files are) for each into each slot Amra 2 and Amra 2 OA Download the patches needed and that should work. If not hit it with a hammer and/or blow it up. <--- that is a joke... don't do that! Makes the pixies and wizards inside the computer mad!
