    I believe you're missing the point. His suggestion was intended to make a player rethink getting in a dangerous situation such as a firefight with another player.

    I agree that PvP needs to be severely reduced. Often times a player has to be significantly more afraid of other players than actual zombies. It's getting a bit ridiculous. Not allowing players to loot their own bodies is a great idea. A respawn timer would at least force people to deal with their spawn location.
