    No the pack actually disappears after being dropped. Can't do it that way. Gotta drop all the contents of your pack on the ground, swap packs then pick it all back up.

    Frequently lost pack contents by swapping packs. They like to drop through the floor when you switch packs with one on the ground.

    So we should be finding it in the middle of a pub in cherno then, you're saying. Farmers don't replace their barbed wire that frequently that they would have spools of it laying around either.

    depends on its placement and how high the game decided to put it on the ground.

    seperate wire cutters and the toolbox. or increase toolbox spawn rate in relation to barb wire. I have been seeing so many barbed wire kits spawning lately it's rather ridiculous. Who has barbed wire kits in their home, really? And who doesn't have a nice pair of side-cuts? Maybe industrial buildings have a chance to spawn toolboxes which are unmovable but contain a wrench, cutters, and screwdriver. The three items can be "combined" into a toolbox which maintains all toolbox functions. A wrench would be needed to repair vehicles. Cutters for removing barbed wire, and a screwdriver for some other purpose.

    Beach respawn cleanup

    It's pretty common. Spawn somewhere you don't want or far from your buddies and you click respawn. Have noticed the beaches absolutely littered with corpses lately. Minor suggestion that should help server load and clean up these "false alarms" If you are killed by "respawn" within the first 5 minutes of your life, the server immediately cleans your corpse up. No waiting, instantly, corpse gone. When you see so many corpses without anything on them it makes zombie/bandit presence less threatening. "Well these people all probably just respawned" However if there's a fresh legitimately killed corpse nearby... adds a sense of urgency to get the hell out. Just a thought.

Been playing the past couple nights with a small group of friends from another board and realized that they can see at night far far better than I. we both took a couple screenshots and it was clear that there's something wrong on my end or with ATI drivers perhaps. With gamma and brightness set to max for myself and him these are the images produced. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. nvidia 680 ati 5870x2 Now, also, another guy we play with that has an nvidia card reported that his produced similar images to the top and nothing like mine on the bottom.

    note that both upper screenshots were set with maximum gamma and brightness, taken at the same time, on the same server, at the same location. Do you mind taking another shot with the new moon setting and gamma/brightness turned to max? I do not believe display calibration carries over to 3d games for the most part as most games want to control that on their own. I could be totally wrong though but I know I do use f.lux and only certain games are affected by the color temp change and arma is not one of them.

    Lame or not, this is a big problem either way. Give half the playerbase a major advantage at night over the other half of the playerbase.
