    Bandages Broken?

    You're not clicking it right.
  4. I think the major problem in terms of why people kill each other is this: There's no easy way (there's no way atm) for your character to audibly yell out (not just text - both audio and visual) phrases like: "Freeze!! Get down on the ground!" "Put your weapon on the ground!" "Are you friendly?" Simple phrases to yell out that have an immediate impact. In real life, you'd be able to do that while not compromising your aim on the individual. However, with a mouse and keyboard, in order to physically type a message, you're comprising your aim heavily, as you're having to take your hand off the gun/mouse! There's need to be a simple communication tree mapped to the top row number keys, such as 1 to bring up the menu, then 1-4 to choose the audible yell-outs. But, I'm not sure that can be done in Arma 2. I know there's already a built in command system, such "Fallout" or "Regroup" which I've never used, but it doesn't seem like it comes with audible cues, nor is it helpful in DayZ. Just my two cents. I think an audible system would go a long way in establishing relationships more easily. And also furthermore, it would be nice if their was a key to lower your weapon, or put your weapon on the ground, or put your hands up! At the very least, putting your hands up, even with the weapon would allow for some quick diffusion of tension. What do you all think would be better?
  5. The new inventory system is certainly worse than what we had before.... I like the contextual scroll wheel interaction with inventory...
  6. Why would he lie about that? U trolling?

    CZ550

Yeah, I was wondering the same thing... I'd like to get Rocket give us an actually "meter radius" with which each gun alerts zombies. I feel like I was scoping at over 200-300 meters, and still alerted zombies at that distance.... bullocks.

    1.5.8 Glitches

Yeah, like the scroll wheel menu system much better :(
  10. I seriously would like to see this in the game: When shot, if bullet is lodged, bandaged stops blood flow, but while bullet is still lodged, should affect temp val. and increases chance of bacterial infection greatly Only way to get bullet out, is by being operated on by another player.
  11. Like Powell mentioned, moving around should increase bloodflow, thus increasing temp. Different outfits should affect tempval. Wood should not be needed to maintain a fire... farmville anyone? Becoming infected from being cold is not grounded in science. Vodka should be both 1.) in the game, and 2.) affect tempval.

    Timing of Patch 1.5.8

It makes me want to keep playing 1.5.7 so he never releases it. 1.5.8 sounds like it's getting worse and worse.

He mentions nothing about that. Stop making stuff up.

    Timing of Patch 1.5.8

Why would you get an infection when getting cold? There should be a chance of getting an infection when getting shot, if the bullet is lodged. Someone else should have to dig it out. But when cold? hmm... More of a reason to not play at night... *facepalm* Bigger the patch, bigger the bugs. Also, we need bigger backpacks to carry all this shit!

    Timing of Patch 1.5.8

Why are you so happy? The patch still isn't out yet. I'm gonna sit here and complain until it is up. I'm auto-refreshing http://us.armafiles.info/ Each patch is like Christmas. There's always more in the patch than what shows up in the changelog. :D It would have already been out if it was coming out today. Player count is way too high now. Check back tomorrow morning.

    Rocket, please read.

Liar. Ghost server? Do you expect Rocket to believe such a lie? You guys were caught. There's plenty of evidence to support it. Rocket should ban you for life. Bye bye. It is unfortunate that this is the opinion we have to deal with. However, you are misinformed, and I will leave it at that, there is no need for anything more. Since we have proof that you were caught, then tried to cover it up, you need PROOF to convince us that you're not lying. That's how this works ;)
  18. You see that a Legion member is begging for mercy, blaming the cheating on "ghost server" that no one knew about... BAHAHAHA!! Go burn in hell cheaters.
