This is my clan's "base" where we keep a few vehicles. We don't really care about losing the bus or van so I decided to turn them into a base of sorts (mainly just to look cool). The sandbags were found when we raided a tent city, they were most likely duped but who knows. I found this thread when I googled dayz bases, I'm sad I couldn't find any cool ones but at least I can share my creation ;) Funny note: The captcha to upload this photo was "braaains" :lol:

My clan fixed up the chopper on our server and had it hidden for a day, but last night someone stole it. I heard it flying overhead and when I saw it I immediately started shooting the bird. I managed to get a few shots off with my anti-material sniper, enough to take out the engine. As he was going down over the ocean, he combat logged and the chopper disappeared with no explosion. Today I decided to check out the spot in the ocean where it crashed and found this: http://i45.tinypic.com/344a3ac.png It's too deep underwater to interact with, so now I'm trying to figure what to do with it. Does it take 7 days to respawn if destroyed? Or is there some way I can pull it out of the water :P ?

hmm my clan mates are telling me to blow it up, they say the respawn timer won't start unless it's destroyed. Can anyone confirm that?

Fought these guys a few times, never once did they combat log or ghost on me. Looking forward to any encounters I have with them in the future :D
