Most people used it after dying to get the spawn they liked, or to kill themselves if they break their limbs and do not have morphine.

It's hard to say but almost everyone does not like the update. This is including the ARMA community outside of DayZ.

It was an ARMA update not DayZ and it nerfed pretty well all of the guns.

I'm not sure if this is directed at me, but half of my point is there so i'll bite. I've nowhere stated how I believe you should play the game. Nobody can dictate this but yourself, and you should not dictate this for others.

I've never stated that I have a problem with killing avatars in a video game or if I don't. I'm just defending people who are just playing the game how they like.

Because I and many others use this game as escapism. Rather than thinking about all of the shit I have to do at work, or all of the bullshit that is constantly going on in our lives. Edit: What i'm trying to get at is everyone will react differently when they are playing a game, and nobody has the right to call them out for it.

I'm sure they have seen the outside world. This is probably why they are playing DayZ.

You are just the opposite side of the spectrum. I don't think you will realize this but even the fact that you made this thread shows that you are feeling emotion on the forums. You say you are not upset, but you must be feeling some sort of emotions as you called these people "pussy's". People play games for different reasons, people play games with different tactics, and some people get so immersed in games that they cannot sleep at night. It's all part of the experience, if the person feeling these extreme emotions feels they are becoming too much I believe he can choose for himself that he should not continue playing. Otherwise, nobody needs to be told that they need to go outside as they are taking the game too seriously. This is just childish, and as I stated earlier; just let gamers game.

Why exactly do you play this game if not to get immersed in its atmosphere? Why do you play any game? Why is it so upsetting to you guys that somebody can play a game at an emotional level that you cannot understand? Let gamers game.

I believe you are missing the reason a lot of people play games. It's escapism. If you are able to get that immersed in a game, that is a quality I wish I had.

Shit happens, it's unfortunate. I would post this in bug reporting though, unless you just wanted us all to know you were upset.
