Most of the time those people that backstab you have tried being nice and been backstabbed before, other times they're just greedy and want supplies without cooperating, and the rest of the times they're just assholes (cue Destiny killing a really nice player regardless how guilty he felt about it after.) People rarely trust anyone they have no reason to trust. Like your friends for example, those are very trustworthy people you know them either personally or through some other game. Someone that saves your life, totally earns your trust, he just put himself in danger for your benefit. Sadly saving someone doesn't mean they'll be any less of a bastard and not turn around and kill you. I've been lucky honestly, I've ran into several players willing to save me, help me, hook me up with ammo. I've never back stabbed any of them. Anyone can say "l2play" or "you learnt a lesson huh" but really there is no lesson to be learned. The people that say that just try to justify their incredibly selfish behavior to their ego. It just comes down to integrity, sadly the internet makes everyone feel so secure to be the meanest son of a bitch because they feel incredibly safe behind their monitors. Finding some trust worthy people 'seems' really hard, so people choose to not bother and either kill or avoid other players. Thus contributing to the problem they so hate. The only reason bandits are winning is because they are breaking players trust, crazy how a handful of people per server could make everyone so crazy paranoid.

SLINGSHOT! Gimme some rubber (rubber bands will do) a shoe and something to chop wood with (axe) carve it with (knife) and I can make one of these. Rocks are everywhere! LETS DO IT! Saw something about a slingshot online, these things are actually very very dangerous I used to hunt birds with it in the dominican republic. If it was actually feasible in Arma 2 I would love the game forever.

Of course there are good weapons everywhere. But for a great makeshift weapon, slingshot would be the best. Anyone who disputes it killing on headshots: Take that to the head and tell me it wont kill ya.

As per the topic, its a lesson to new players. There are sad individuals out there that will wait with a sniper for hours on end just to shoot you. I'd call them cowards for hiding but its smart and it works. Its also fun shooting one of these cowards in the back while they sit there wanking to the death of a newblet. As for you, Nobody likes you. Your signature is stupid weaboo crap and your name is unoriginal, and not surprisingly so is your play style.

Someone made a video on this, SD Ammo does this. I can't recall what it was called but it was on these forums it showed how he had to aim lower using SD ammo compared to regular mags. Test it out in the editor. A solution is just aim lower at a distance to compensate it will at the least hit the target in the chest.

I'm pretty sure the games master server logs characters by CD Key (or some form or other of tracking that.) Try having him check to see if theres some way to change it on his Steam. Sorry hella tired cant think straight thats the best I can think of atm.

Well if you think about it the last thing a military may do if a city was infected with zombies is quarantine it, and if they couldn't hold it they'd probably blow it up to try to contain it. Really depends on the zombie story, we're assuming people infected with the Z-Virus (luls) just started dying off and converting. Which case no one would have seen it coming.

I actually found a bolt I shot at a zombie and missed, went right past him and hit a tree in the background. I seen the dust pick up and crawled past it picked it off the tree. Only wish there was a easier way of carrying bolts, then I'd definitely make the Crossbow my main its so fun to use. Got a bandit kill with one too (Pre 1.6.)

I was moving somewhere west (blah) of berezino (sp?) shortly after logging on in one of the chicago servers and I stumbled upon a girl and a guy cybering. I dont got fraps else I would have put it on youtube but I swear to jebus I heard them going at it over the Mic. I couldn't find their exact location considering it was frigging pitch black but by god all I heard was: "yeah baby finger ***************" "mmm you like that sweety **********" etc etc to keep from getting myself banned but holy shit I never expected to run into people cybering in DayZ that was the last thing I expected to find I just started laughing really loudly over the mic and they shut theirs off almost instantly at the same time. The name of the girl was: Ka******* (just gonna edit this out feel bad naming the poor thing) I really just wanted to find them so I could shoot one of them midsession I want to know what the hell the other one would have done. Man that made my night I'm headed to sleep happy now. PS. She sounded chubby I kid you not.

As with any game unexpected issues come up during testing (which is what really WE are doing.) Such as FPS issues. Either take a break til a new patch comes out fixing the issue or try to deal with it and stick out of cities and FPS heavy places.

Could have been someone blasting porn over the direct comm, I did see two mics going off though. I was thinking maybe I didn't see them because they (it/him/her) was just blasting porn running past me while i sat still looking.
