What they based their ban on? They give the message along on the kick - "Cheating/Hacking". Either he was or he wasn't, but he's not globally banned and his story seems legit.

Sidechat was meant to be disabled on servers a while back. That said some still have it. There's no way (as far as I'm aware) to filter them. UK13 and UK1 are two servers that I'm sure have it. Not sure where you are located though. Hope this helps.

As I recall from earlier posts in this topic, you (or your admin friend, I assume you both have access) didn't need proof to ban him. When it comes to your own ass you demand proof? All of a sudden a "fucking hacker who spawned ammboxes" comes out of your magic hat, so now you do know stuff about cheating? Just give up sir.

You can use the name filter on the top of Sixlauncher, click it twice and most of the top servers should be US ones, scroll down the US servers and you'll find the UK servers. Scroll down the UK servers until you see UK7 flash by. Mission Completed.
