or you can stop being a full retard and realize OP has a point. I am not saying OP is not a pussy either, it's just that you have to realize the whole "running into buildings to loose the zombies" trick is nothing more than an exploit at the moment to take advantage of the flawed AI. What if they patched that AI and you can't do that to loose the zombies anymore? Remember, the zombies do run faster than you, so you will never loose them if it wasn't for the suddent stop that the AI was forced to take to slow down. Trust me, people like you will be the first to rage quit from what I seen from other games.

same, I had my camp at a very safe place but it's a hell long way from the coast. Then I spawn at the coast next to a house and got maul to death by the zombies there before I can react or see where the f*** I was.... I was my night vision and gilly back <_< >:(

I tried the "hide body" method but the arrow still no where to be found

it's barely working for me with .74 patch, I can play on my first login, but then I will get stuck at the loading screen if I had to switch servers, so I had to restart my comp everytime I have to change server

I do like to see other weapons other than guns be put into the game. I mean at least chainsaw should be an option. Also spears, I mean all you need is a piece of sharpen metal, a stick and 2 nails will make a simple good for 2 hit spear. Since we are on the subject, why can't we use the hunting knife as weapon?

I too had this problem since I try to start playing this game, it's been 3 weeks now and I still can't start playing Dayz. I tried reinstalling it for 3 times now and still no game <_<

that was the worst advice ever <.< I reinstalled the battleye and now even arma2 won't even start anymore. I tried to reinstall it again after that and it either said battleye is not availible or it just say some "sting" are missing. Now the game is completely broken.

it's week 3 and I still haven't got the game up and running yet. I got arma2co off steam early this month, I first used the updater from http://www.worrom.com/ and it somehow won't even launch. So I uninstalled it after trying everything from the FAQ. Then I reinstalled arma2co from steam and used the six updater. This time it would load and then I either get a black screen or just stuck at loading screen. I then used the files posted by Feeble and it just stop working all together. I got busy so I kind of left it alone till yesterday. I uninstalled everything for the third time and decide to do the installation manually by downloading the files from the site. After everything was in place, I started the game and it gave me an error saying that " addon 'dayz_anim' requires addon 'CA_Dubbing_Counterattack' ". Can someone please help me because I really want to play this game.

the black creen loading still here after using your 2 files

I bought arma2co yesterday from steam and got the six updater. I followed all the instructions from here and I was stuck on a black screen with loading bar in the middle of the screen for over an hour when I join a server. Today I reinstalled the game and six updater but it is still the same when I tried to join a server. Please help me.
