I got my machine installed in the datacenter today and I can't see my servers in the SixLauncher or DayZ Commander server list (US 1567). I have the ports open in the firewall, mission file, hive files, dayz files are all up to date...most recent ARMA2 beta patch etc. I can see people joining in the console window but they disconnect right away. I'm guessing they arn't able to load in. I'm not sure if they are finding the server in the in-game server browser. What's going on?

Has anyone else's server been crashing since they updated to 1.7.4.4? I'm using the most recent Arma 2 beta patch too. I used the mission file generator that was linked to me in the e-mail announcement they send out to generate my new mission file. I'm pretty positive I did everything right. Not sure what is causing my server to crash.

How do you query the game server with GameQ? ARMA and DayZ arn't on the list of supported games. -
I was playing in my server when all of a sudden it said I was kicked. I connected to my server and the server console window said that the signature check timed out for everyone in the server and we were all kicked. Has anyone had this happen before?

Anyone seen this? Sounds like some weird problem with Battleye.

Finally got BEC running. It says Super Admin joined in the console window when I connect. I open up the chat box and run a command like !say or !uptime but it just goes through like a regular chat message. What am I missing? (Not sure if the uptime command was originally !update but I changed it in the command config file)

Server suddenly isn't showing up but people can join

I checked on my server a couple hours ago and it showed up in Dayz Commander and Gametracker.com, but now it doesn't respond to Dayz Command and Gametracker.com shows it is down. It is running on the server. If I launch Dayz and go to multiplayer -> remote and type in the IP it shows up and says 7 people are playing. Really weird. Whats going on? -
I'm using the DayZ community createvehicl.txt, remoteexec.txt, scripts.txt from Google Code, and my server isn't logging shit. Everyone just got teleported. Someone earlier teleported all the vehicles on the server. None of that is being logged. The only line is in createnvehicle.log 25.08.2012 17:57:24: Denkan (213.64.92.148:2304) 9d196d85a6667466cf8e38d195353696 - #0 "DZ_Assault_Pack_EP1" 11:6 [0,0,0] #1 is that a cheat? #2 why isn't my server logging any of this

That is the ony line in remoteexec.log. Createvehicle.log and scripts.log are empty.

It is taking forever "waiting for player to create". Is the hive really slow tonight or is it just my server?

It's due to the settings in the arma 2 profile file on the server that sets the different difficulty related settings. -
Why are things not being logged to scripts.log

It seems that every since I started using razors server monitor script, nothing is logged to my scripts.log file. Razors script does log rotation, but when I look in the log folders the only one that has a scripts log is the oldest folder. All of the other folders only have a console log and a .rpt file. -

Also, does anyone know what to put in the createvehicle.txt and remoteexec.txt files to only log cheats? I have them logging pretty much everything and I don't know what is legit and what is a hack. -
Can someone explain what is the difference between the HUD settings. I think I have my config almost set how I would like it. The one problem I have is that I have those "orbs" on the edge of the screen when zombies/players are near. How do I turn that off? Is it HUD=0? class Veteran { class Flags { Armor=1; FriendlyTag=0; EnemyTag=0; HUD=1; HUDPerm=0; HUDWp=0; HUDWpPerm=0; WeaponCursor=0; AutoAim=0; AutoGuideAT=0; 3rdPersonView=1; ClockIndicator=0; Map=0; Tracers=0; AutoSpot=0; UltraAI=0; DeathMessages=1; NetStats=1; VonID=1; };

I have my server set to veteran and I still have the orbs. Those settings are not in the arma2oaprofile file. I'll try adding them in.

Ah. How can I turn off those location orbs? Is that a setting in the arma2oaprofile?

Vehicles disappeared (US2)

Same thing is happening to my server. People keep stealing the vehicles from my camp, and after the server restarts they are all magically teleported back to the camp. It happens every time. Also, I had all the tires on the V3S and a little while ago after a server restart it magically needed two tires. Now even if I put the two tires on they will disappear after a server restart. Even if I tell the vehicles to save multiple times. -

Ah. How do I get to global chat? If I cycle through the channels there is no global.

So if I'm reading that right if no one is around me, and if im not in a group, or a vehicle, then the server will only get my command if I send it via global chat. How do I do that if there is no global chat...

That is to run commands on a schedule. Here is says you can send commands through the regular Arma chat http://ibattle.org/install-and-configure/General-Command-Info-and-Usage/. But when I try to run a command through chat it just looks like it goes through like a regular chat message.

No matter what I do I cannot get BEC to work. When I run it I get "Your config file has not a valid format". The only part of the config file I uncommented is: Ip = 127.0.0.1 Port = 2302 BePath = C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\cfgdayz\BattlEye LogDir = C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\BEC\Log Admins = Admins_Example.xml Commands = Commands_Example.xml Anyone run into this?
