I have a mk and have never hacked a day in my life, found one at NWAF two days ago. Love that gun and M240. Will drop any gun in the game except l85 for that gun.

Brand new, I think you missed the sarcasm insyncmaster's post and it was very obvious sarcasm. Otherwise you have a point about this forum being a place for suggestions. I would never play PVE unless there was good content and I don't think the developers should make that a priority, but I don't see a huge problem with allowing PVE servers as long as nothing can be transferred to the real servers (okay I had to take one shot but I am largely kidding). I will say those who use these servers to learn the game or map are truly missing out on dayz's sense of constant danger, but if they truly like the PVE aspect then who am I to say that they should not be allowed. My tolerance ends as soon as a PVE character is allowed to take gear onto a PVP server. People get too obsessed with how they play the game and just can't help but tell people they are doing it wrong.

One correction, a server can ban you for having (also they should ban you for having it) but will give you a warning first. You will not get a global ban for the weapon and many server admins will never notice. If warned leave tmor drop the weapon to avoid server ban.

Yea I have the same setup, as long as you don't have the hacked AS50 then you really are on equal footing with high tier players. I just hate the thermal AS50 because it truly does break pvp, especially at night.

So be part of the problem is your solution, drop the AWS man it is cheap as hell and we both know it. If you had a G36C SD I would care less because it offers no unfair advantage, but that AS50 with thermal is the cheapest gun in the game hands down. Go ahead and justify its use, but even you know it is cheap deep down. Edit: May have read that post wrong and you have a L85 and AS50 in the backpack, sorry if that is the case.

You still don't get it, until duping is fixed the only people harmed are legit players. Once it is fixed I am all for a wipe, in fact I don't care if they wipe today I will go out and find legit gear or murder someone for their gear, I just realize that it will only punish legit players and within a week or two cheater will be back to their old ways. Edit: read your other posts and someone doesn't get a few concepts. 100k players in last 24, that does not mean all 1.2 million are not playing just that only 100k were active in last 24 hours. Add into this equation private servers running chernarus and lingor (many vets now go private) and you have an incomplete picture of how many still play. Many like the concept but dislike all the problems and are waiting for standalone. Judging from your anger I would suggest doing that yourself, read the reviews and see if the issues you care about have been addressed before coming back.

Duping still works (confirmed full body dupe still works in the name of science, did it in debug and left all gear) so it will be a temporary fix to say the least. Until it is fixed all it will do is wipe legit players gear while exploiters will still exploit. Great idea for after these issues are fixed.

Yea that is why I never get too bent out of shape, I just say playing with that specific gun is cheap as hell. Im a bandit, but even I hesitate to go full asshole with that gun. I found a L115 in lingor and decided just to keep it since it offers no benefit over the other .50 cal weapons. I keep saying I will get rid of it when I find a legit sniper rifle but who knows. We should all look to be less cheap though and stop using the fact that others play cheap as an excuse (says the guy trying to justify keeping an L115).

Doubtful but at this point it is probably a dupe if it was ever legitimate. Someone will probably want it but it is preference, I almost want to give you my dmr just to destroy it myself but I am afraid I will not have the stones to follow through and end up keeping it.

Destroy that cheap gun, I don't care about finding hacked in weapons except that one since it is game breaking. While I would love to have it for the advantage I would feel way too cheap using it.

The patch is decent, ill take wall zombies over broken vehicles and graphic bugs.

The new wave of hacking is "friendly" hacking and I have been able to detonate satchel charges on these guys twice now. Pretend to be friendly and when they don't expect it drop a satchel run a little and detonate, it is funny but you know they will just come back so you have to log out right away. Last time I took out three and destroyed a suv and ural.

I would actually like this. The person would have a role as a sniper and would probably need a spotter, you would not be able to carry three primary weapons with the coyote like some of us are prone to doing (I do this all the time). Yoyrw choice of being a knew shot sniper would come with a drawback, but you would probably just see more dmr's.

Sucks for you, been to balota, NWAF, and cherno post patch haven't seen any graphic bugs and neither has my group. Get a better computer, and if you didn't want replies why the hell post anything in the general forum in the first place? There is a section just for this sort of complaint.

I logged onto regular dayz for the first time all week and get shot quick on NWAF. Was fully geared but didn't care has been too long since last spawn. Find nothing in balota and turn north in kamyshovo and bam ural packed to the brim with high tier loot. Stole the ural and now have everything I could ever ask for and more within ten minutes. I know gear is watered down but damn I have never got everything, and I mean everything, this quick before. Edit: phone posting sucks too many errors.

I think it was the arma update that caused this, made the game look better but had some unintended consequences. Now calm down and take a deep breath or don't ask questions in the first place.
