@Lobo, I always have trouble making a choice between the M14 and DMR, but I would give a slight edge to the DMR since it can be used everywhere. The FAL is cool if you have no other choices, but the ammo is very rare and it is very loud without a sight. If you want to snipe the best gun you have is the DMR (do not push it past 600 meters and expect it to be very effective though), but if you want a strong weapon that is great in mid to close range combat you will never go wrong with the M14 (have a ton of hip fire and sight kills with that gun).

It will not displace your backpack so no worries there.

I use Six Launcher (or play with six who knows) for finding Takistan Life mod servers, just search the server list for Takistan Life and you should find a server. As far as finding RhinoCRUNCH's server it will be the one that is locked and asks for money, not worth it to play with a man child. No need to disable any of the mods if you are using a launcher, in fact I think I found it using beta patch launcher but why would you purposefully use that to find a server in the first place. In b4 thread is moved to private server or off topic.

Popular hacked in gear then begins the life cycle of Dayz, one item becomes many through duping and eventually all you see is people with this item and tents stocked full of duped gear. Even if I was to get over my personal distaste for using hacked in gear I would not wear the soldier skin due to the fact that most players will assume you are a cheater (also you stick out and it does not look nearly as cool as my Chewbacca shrub suit). Edit: I still do not get people hating people who wear a Ghillie suit, if I have a choice between a ghillie and sticking out like a sore thumb I will make the tactical choice of the Ghillie suit. Since everyone tries to KoS (even hero's and so called friendly players constantly say this) those who wear the Ghillie I keep camo clothing or my civilian clothes to change into when I enter a town (they already know I am there thanks to infected).

Question for next update, can we take a shit. Thank God my character can take a dump. Dayz, now with pimp slapping. Never found one until recently and since then have found two more, picked it up for my Coyote but had heard it was glitched so I tried to take a shot and nothing happened except a sound (no animation or explosion). Shrugged and picked up my Coyote and reported in side chat that there was a M136 launcher at the barracks for the next fool who thinks it is a good idea to drop your backpack for a weapon that does not function.

Before I found out it was a dupe I unloaded 40 M240 rounds into my own body and have shot a few thinking they were unresponsive survivors. It got me killed once though, saw a guy standing with a pistol motionless for 10 seconds and thought oh well it is another dupe body, walk up to check it out and the guy unloads a whole clip on me. Had to laugh about that one since he was likely logging in and I scared the shit out of him. Yea five dupes sure sounds like an accident, in realated news every guy caught cheating did in fact fall on that woman naked.

I did it on accident once as well and that is part of the reason I know this exists (I have found about 20 of these things since and after I did it I looked it up), but he found four not one. Also it is not something you would commonly do before logging out so four of them can safely be labeled cheating.

It is a glitch, they are not alive and like the other person said they are lootable (this is why people do this nonsense, if the person is standing all the way up with a pistol not moving it is most likely a full body dupe). Scared the hell out of me the first couple of times I found them, go to the body and study them to find the name and then report the cheater to the server admin.

False positives are supposedly non existent (but given their track record I would not say impossible) so maybe you are correct that you did nothing wrong. Let me ask if you were banned from a single server or have you tried more than one? An admin can ban you from a specific server and it would pop up with a Battleye admin message but it is not the same as a global ban. If it is a global ban your only hope is to go to Battleye directly but this will most likely just result in frustration and no action. Edit: You are most likely screwed.

Great place to ask is here, all of the responses will be completely positive. Odds are you downloaded something (maybe just the bypass) and were banned for a legitimate reason. Maybe you purchased a shady CD Key from a website to play the game or maybe you downloaded a bad copy of one of the expansions and someone got your CD Key through malicious code, both of which will still result in your ban being upheld.
