Hello all, I come to you seeking help. Recently got back into dayz mod and been trying to play OverPoch servers. As of late i cant seem to get 95% of servers to work. Heres whats happening, its different for all servers usually: -On some I will join a server(which takes forever) and play for about 5 mins and then game will crash to desktop, and give me the whole arma 2 OA stopped working error(on some of these servers it will say cannot play/edit this mission you are missing files(different files every time):bb_mercenary or eu_map, etc ; but then, it still lets me in to play. Some servers dont do this as well and just lets me in normally then crashes -Some servers will load in normally(while again taking forever) and then about 30 seconds after i get in it will say: Kicked, Battleye client not responding -some servers with the 103718 patch will say bad version, server rejected connection, when i have version 112555 patch, which to my understanding, should be playable on all other servers with patches 112555 and below(including the 103718 servers) pe rhaps this has changed since i last played, but it never used to work like that. -I use dayz commander mainly, but when ive tried joining servers from Arma 2 OA on steam, it gives me the error "picture z/addons/dayz_code/gui/dayz_logo_ca.paa not found" at the title screen -When I have tried to install the beta patches it tells me I have a Wrong CD Key, but still installs the patches anyways(could this be an issue? I cannot fix this either) Heres what I have tried to do to fix the issues, with no avail: Reinstall battleye client Verify Integrity of Arma2, Arma 2 OA, and the beta Starting steam as admin disabling firewalls for fixing BE client Restarting computer/router multiple times Reinstall the beta patches multiple times(using Dayz Commander, and manual install) Google my ass off trying to find a fix etc, ive tried a lot of things *keep in mind i have been able to get on some servers without problems(CCG, Various private hives, WFGN, etc, but only a couple) I use dayz commander to install all the mods, plus to start up games. Should I try reinstalling the mods Manually? I would consider reinstalling the arma games, but ive seen threads where people reinstall everything with no fix, so im not sure if thats going to help or not. If anyone can provide me with some info or advice to fix these issues, I would appreciate it greatly. Thanks. I can provide screen caps if neccesary

Im 20 years old, I've played Arma and DayZ for around 2 years now, Im very experienced in it. I know strategy very well, I know my way around Chenarus very well, and I work great by myself or with a group of 2-4. Im pretty damn good at what I do, so when you call me up, you can expect reliability, and the job to get done. I cannot show you proof of my work just yet, so you'll just have to take my word for it. In the past I used to play with a friend from the Netherlands, and I was really the only guy he wanted to play with because I was such a good teammate, and i knew how to have a good time while doing what I do. Well, I did go on the server earlier, and i did kill one bandit near elecktro. I didnt see any others, nor did I see you. hope you got out of there safely. Sorry i never responded, but i was in and out fast due to having to go somewhere that day.

Yea, and then we can eat privilege peanuts so we dont starve. Hopefully people continue to KOS, then ill have bandits to kill :D

Oh, ok. I assumed the no donation rule meant real life money donations and the like.

No offense to anyone here, but if you can look at the Payment section of my post, you would see i am NOT ASKING for REAL DONATIONS, i am asking for FAKE IN GAME donations if the player i assisted felt inclined to be so generous. I am not asking for any sort of real payment, donations, etc. Its just a tiny bit of RP combined with some actually serious player interaction. I just thought Id post and see where it gets me, and apparently some individuals dont care for it. Fine with me, not my issue anymore. Im just going to ignore anyone from now on that seems intent on ruining a good time. Thanks to all who give support. Much appreciated!

Im better by my self anyway. Technically no one is paying me either, since I said donations are welcome. I know its just a game, im just trying to help make the game more enjoyable to some. Nothing wrong with that is there? I also dont understand why you think its arrogance on my part, when I already know what im getting myself into.

I didnt say I know military tactics because I played Arma 2 though. You dont know fuck all about me so you dont have a right to judge. I know what I know because of real life experiences. I just want people to know that I've played Arma 2 and have experience in the game engine.

Thanks, yea unfortunately i dont think my graphics card would be able to play and record at the same time. I do fine with just playing the game, but idk how well it would work with recording/streaming. I do have to disagree it wouldnt be hard for me to handle right now. My biggest problem with it right now would be travel time/distance and the general alpha bugginess causing issues.

The other thing is too, im getting bored so I want to spend my time helping other people have a fun experience. Just trying to get creative :D

Lol, yes I am trying to solve KOS somewhat. No I wouldnt waste an hour of my time trying to type this out and create a system that will hopefully work. Thats why i left a review system open so that people can leave them behind so they know i do good work. thanks for the support.

Oh, and one other thing, if a bandit hires me here just to ambush me, it probably wont work, since i pay attention to my surroundings, and Im pretty good at killing bandits.I will not reveal my location unless i know i can trust you, so theres that

Yea I wouldn't mind teaming up in the future. I probably wouldnt call it Bambi Rescue Force though, would sound weird for a security company kinda thing. Not that its a bad name or anything though. Im not really into starting a "clan", but more of a on call service

Yea, I can help with that kind of stuff. I can keep an oath of secrecy as well. I consider myself pretty trustworthy. Building bases hasnt been implemented though yet, unless you are talking about an assumed base in like in a building somewhere?
