Hello Fellow Medics and survivors. Im posting this here so you guys are aware of my services. http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/175744-need-some-extra-help-backup-from-bandits-security-services-for-hire-post-here/ Read up on that if you are interested. For example: If a medic team that is going into assist someone, I can ghost their team and provide additional security against ambuhses, bandits, etc whilst the medics do their jobs.

This here applies to my computer. Would this kind of thing also work in Arma 3 if i put that line into my start up options? Example for quadcore CPU with Hyperthreading(i7) with 2GB Graphics card -nosplash -skipIntro -world=empty -maxMem=2047 -maxVRAM=2047 -cpuCount=4 -exThreads=7

I wanted to make this post to help with the overall morale about the current problems. Just wanted to let the dev team know that they are doing a great job with this alpha. As far as an early access alpha goes with a lot of traffic going in and out of the game, and the fact that this kind of game with the mechanics and goals behind it are pretty new to the gaming world, I think its been pretty successful.This is probably the best alhpa ive seen in quite some time and the future looks very promising. There have been a few major/minor bugs, but the dev team has been speedy about fixing major issues, and also informing the community about updates and announcements. I have to say i am quite impressed with what they have done, with the resources they have. This game is a whole new world of possiblities, and i would say the path they are laying down is looking good. Keep up the amazing work, Dev team. Hope we as a community can do what we can to support you and the game.

Mod isnt free by the way. Requires arma 2 and operation arrowhead to work which costs roughly the same as this game right now. Currently the standalone is a work in progress, and issues will be fixed, but if you insist on having a negative attitude and not being patient for an actual good game to be released, unlike most popular titles right now, you can choose to not play/buy if you want. You are entitled to your opinions, but you dont have to be so negative about it.

Another thing too, steam is what is causing the problems with the servers right now, not actually the game itself. Hopefully steam can get thier stuff together soon. :D

Cant seem to save or keep my gear when i change servers or relog on same server. anyone have a fix?

Good evening my fellow survivors, bandits, drifters, rebels, heroes, renegades, and other individuals. My name is Ulysses but you may call me V. As of late my recent group has abandoned me, and I have been wandering the land with no one around. I am need of a group/lonewolf to roll with again. I work very well in a group and extremely well with a partner. Im very experienced in alot of feilds such as spotting, counter sniping, experienced mid-range sharpshooter, explosives specialist, sniping, navigating, scavenging, and driving. I do have various roles i play from time to time and weapon choice varies fro mrifle to rifle, although i can kill with any gun. I usually am a bandit but there have been a few cases where ive havent shot on sight. I am a serious player when need be and i also know when to have a good time. What i am kind of looking for is a roleplay kind of gameplay but not 100% roleplay if you know what i mean. i just want to be immersed in the game again. I use all the communications programs available and I am usually on most days and for long periods of time. I work very well in 2-3 man groups. Counter sniping, spotting, and Close quarters over watch with lee enfield or m14. I.E. sitting in clocktower providing while group raids the grocery store and a sniper watches hills and such so i dont get shot. Finding good vantage points or spots for a new base is always fun.
