I can only assume you're talking about bullet drop. If you're not sure what that is, refer to Youtube for some great guides on using the DMR scope. If it's something more serious (like a bug) then I would suggest visiting the Origins forums and looking for info or reporting it to their devs. -

it's worth mentioning that they do it for free too. They balance it around actual real life jobs, kids etc and still find time and the motivation to keep the content coming. When the SA was announced many people said the mod would get dropped yet here we are months later about to receive another substantial patch. I understand waiting can be frustrating but insulting people that give their free time to allow us to continue playing just seems a bit harsh and very ungrateful. -
Nice! I wish we had classes like that when I was at school. We had "IT" classes but it was very basic stuff. I'm out of beans but if I had some they would be yours.

Nope, it's legit. As the OP clearly stated any changes you make are at your own risk. He is simply reporting that for him it has worked and is now passing on that info to you guy's. If you want to give it a go just read any supporting documentation, the same as you would for anything else you install/run on your PC.

It's pretty simple, many people find the process of running a free mod for a game and keeping it updated confusing enough as it is. To have 2 versions running at the same time would cause even more confusion. That's it really. Of course it's frustrating for people that have been waiting, welcome to the world of mods where bugs, missed dates and tears are an everyday reality. It's a fairly substantial patch by the looks of it so hopefully once E3 is over and it's rolled out we'll all be happy bunnies. -

It's been locked whilst we verify the link you gave is not a keystealer/malware etc. and we were worried the advice you gave may break some PC's, many people are desparate for more FPS and will try anything even if they don't know what they're doing.. Don't take it personally it's common for us to do so as keystealers/malware etc are often disguised as FPS boosters etc. Anyhoo, in future just PM one of us, no need for a new thread. Boneboys locked it so please PM him if you have more questions. Locked. -

Nice one. I guess as long as they have a good team then they should be able to keep track of everything. Admining a normal server is time consuming enough without having to worry about all of those rules. Kudos to them for trying. -

Don't forget the mod is available through Steam and many people use that as their way of staying up to date. If they were release the patch here and on Commander etc before Steam is able to update it, it would be a nightmare. It'd lead to mass confusion and split the community with half playing the new patch and half playing the old one. -

Interesting. Not my cup of tea but interesting. Just one question: How do you enforce the rules and deal with people that ignore them and complaints etc? Sounds like a full time job to stay on top of all that.
