Ooh, an angry bandit!

I found A bustop in the woods near Rog Pur. No ghosts though. If I go there again I'll put a screenie up.

I don't want to be led down a path like every other MMO out there. If I want to be a doctor, I'll go and join the group that has set themselves up as a medical team (search the forums, they're out there somewhere). If I want to be a mechanic, I'll get myself a toolbox, all of the parts I need and off I go. If I want to be a sniper.... and so on.... I don't want the game to hold my hand along the way or force me to make decisions based on my play style. It's exactly this freedom that makes DayZ unique and changing this will send it down a path so many lesser games have already trodden.

Oh yeh, I forgot about those. Probably more likely.

If your not even bothered about being able to play online then you really are missing the point of what makes this game unique.

It can be frustrating at times but that's the price we pay for being allowed to take part in the Alpha testing phase. Actually ,many people owned Arma before hand. The Mod has never asked for your money or been advertised. All of the publicity has been generated by fans of the Mod or industry journalists and people decided to buy Arma to play this Mod off of their own back.

Sounds like a grenade. You'd be surprised where you find other players. Just when you start to think your alone "pop", ur dead. Although it sounds like a bit of a waste of a grenade but who knows?

I guess it's a tricky one to get the balance right. I've seen quotes from Rocket saying that they just wanted the Zeds to provide a backdrop for what is ultimately a survival game. Maybe I'm not as good a player as you but I've had some of those moments that you mention above. Current Loadout: Beans.

Agreed but it makes it much more of a special occasion when it does. I always seem to have more fun when I'm helping people than when I'm shooting them (unless they asked for it).
