If I'm going to make contact with someone I always try to make sure that I'm at an advantage. Usually by being hidden or at least behind them. I'm a medic and have never been killed by a patient yet. -

It will be removed but in the meantime can't you just play on servers that have it disabled? There's thousands.

You have an Admin ban. That means for some reason an admin has banned you from their server. If you have been added to the CBL then you will also be banned from servers using that list. Use the link Drogur posted for more info.
