That's an admin ban not a global ban. It means that servers that use the CBL will ban you until it is lifted.

Need good tips for a starting medic

I was a medic for a long time. The main thing that will help you is a good supply route. Set up a few tents around the map and fill them with meds and basic equipment. Then you can gear up quickly whenever you need to. With regards to weapons TBH it doesn't really matter. Just use what your comfortable with. -

It shouldn't do. You can go to your expansions menu within Arma and then enable and disable whatever add-ons you want, it's the easiest way to do it I reckon. -

My personal opinion is that it's nice to have a game not set in the U.S. No offence, I love your country, but after seeing it from every angle in film/games for the last 20 years I'm kind of sick of the sight of it. It's refreshing to see other parts of the world represented and adds a new dimension.
