PDW stands for Personal Defense Weapon. Theres a few variations of guns (MP5, MP7) that carry the PDW tag. The nearest thing I can find based purely on the look of it is a micro UZI.

Agreed. It's a small world. Weird that I found your Topolka Damn base on that server. It took me an hour to figure out how the hell to get underwater and then ages to remove all of the wire, you didn't even leave me a tin of beans :(

The way the Arma engine works it would be both. One of the things that's fairly unique about Arma is that the camera (in 1st person) is actually attached the the player model, your not just a floating orb-cam so as long as they provided the animations the rest would be taken care of.

I love the idea of things (like car repairs) being quicker with more than one person helping, it would definatly encourage teamwork.

Yes. Just play on a private hive that isn't linked to the public hive and you're good to go. All of your character data is stored on the HIVE, so changing hives will start you with a fresh character...

I'm planning a military sim spin off of DayZ. All you need in order to play it is Arma 2 and DayZ installed. I will then carefully modify the files to remove the Zeds and hey presto. I'm Winner!

Err, sorry to burst your bubble but Private Hives can have it enabled if they like, the one I play on does. Also, rules have been relaxed so it's HIGHLY unlikely that any admins will get any grief for enabling side-chat on any server.

Lol, some of the guy's were trying to launch the ATV off of the ski jump on Lingor earlier. One of them landed an epic jump, it looks amazing. I'm going to try and get the guys to agree to have a "big-air" event on the next race day.

It's a heli crash. Sometimes there's a bug that sets the horizon on fire.

Glad you made it onto the servers. It's always good to see new faces. BTW, just to clarify one of the admins is looking into what happened with kills earlier (I'm not an admin there BTW, I just know one of them well). I've played there a long time and can honestly say I trust the admins over there to act responsibly. If I'm proven wrong then I'll eat my hat and tell them to go and jump off a cliff. I'll keep you guy's posted.
