I had this issue a while back, I know exactly what you mean. I defragged my HD and reinstalled everything (pain in the ass I know). I also let my rig cool down as when I had the issue I realised it had been on for 3 days straight. I'm not sure which but one of these things fixed it as it's no longer an issue for me. -
I don't hate Reddit at all, I'm not a fan of the upvote/downvote system if I'm honest because IMO it doesn't lead to open debate as unpopular views dissapear pretty quickly. Just to clear one last thing up and then I promise to leave the thread: None of the mods here a ) Asked to be a mod, we we're all approached by admins or devs b ) Said it was hard c ) Asked for any recognition, we do it because we support the project and want it to succeed, many of us have since day #1 d ) Asked for the tins to be added to the game, in fact some opposed it. Much love, I'm off.

I like the idea (like the Green Mountain recordings) of VERY rare audio recordings that could be found that when peiced together (like a metagaming treasure hunt) formed part of a larger puzzle or lead to a reward. Like I say, to work they would have to be uber rare. By that I mean out of all of the players only one audio clip would be found every week or two at the most, and players would have to combine knowledge on here or other websites to crack the puzzle.

Re: the poll: Yeh, that is a tad hard to read. A link to the original would be fine. I'm not going to go into the finer details of how to glean statistics from a poll but I'm not really sure 800 respondents does represent the playerbase at large. BTW - I voted to remove them (having never asked for them to be added to start with), just so you know.

Case closed. Locked Edit - Just to follow this up you are now banned from the Balota Buddies Whitelist database as you have multiple GUIDS on there which contravenes the rules.

If you've had 9 keys supplied by a dodgy bloke on the internet then that is 100% your problem. Ironically you've been buying stolen keys and probably installed a key stealer on your system as a reward. Did you honestly think those keys were legit? I doubt it. People that buy keys in this way are part of the problem. Format your HD, re-install your OS, get a legit copy of the game. That is what you need to do. Not sure there's anything else to be added to this thread TBH.

Err, I think we've found your problem... How many keys have you had stolen so far?

Only if you've downloaded them from sites you can't trust as with any other software. Keystealers can be hidden as perfomance boostong software, hacks ect. As with any download, if you don't trust the source then don't click the link/download. Internet security #101. BTW, you still haven't said where you're getting your keys from?

They can only be stolen via a 3rd party programmes so if you've downloaded something that you can't trust 100% then that is where you need to be looking. How many keys have you had stolen and where did you get them from? If you didn't get them via a legit source then you're part of the problem I'm afraid.

We can contact the devs directly if we need to but they're well aware of the whole tin thing so there really is no need IMO. If we lock this thread then someone will create another one as they aren;t done discussing tinned goods yet :/ . May as well do it here I guess.

We never delete posts, just hide. That way if we're accused of censorship they are still available for the admin/devs and other mods to see. I'm not in charge of anything. Good job really otherwise there'd be no seals left by now.

Ok, found it. It was hidden by another mod and I have to agree with him. It's basically a re-post. You just copy pasted the devblog and added a comment. No need for a new thread for that TBH, you could just comment on the devblog thread itself.
