I never saw her name (trying to survive and all), but I know she carried a starter backpack and a cz 550 at all times. She also killed a player named Hydromaniac Cat during that time, so maybe you can find her in the server log...

Friend saw her from large hill near Electro, then she scoped at him and shot/killed him before he could even move. 2. She drove a UAZ up to me, got out, I started unloading my M1A4 CCO SD into her from up close, she sniped me (maybe 3 shots) from less than 15m away... 3. Friend of mine stole her car, then when we were parked we just noticed some black car (which I don't think is in the game), my friend ran her over and it just pushed her back, then she sniped him, then once again I unloaded my gun into her and the same exact thing happened as in event 2.

That happens to me too on random servers, but I don't think it is because of the rain. It either happens as soon as I join or not at all. The dots cover every living creature (players, animals, zombies) and get smaller the closer I get to them. This makes it easy to find players because they are the fastest moving dots, and swarms of zombies chasing a player are impossible to miss. My friend had the same exact issue when we joined a server together, so it might be an problem with the some servers, or something to do with 4xxx series (2 4890s and 4870x2) AMD graphics cards. This plus a sniper is a scary combination, this could also be used as a wall hack to raid buildings defended by players. Changing servers fixed it for me, although I should have tried to rejoin the same server for debug purposes... sorry. Had the newest beta and dayz files (94364 and 1.7.1.5)
