And not many people do apparently, it's just a Pitty that the hero skin ( which is great ) is lost pretty quick due to the broken system, and it's also right that there is consequence to people actions in game, bandits should be give a permanent raghead until they decide to redeem themselves, and camo / ghillie skins should not be available to them.

Biggest problem with dayz is its players, simple as.

One thing to check is that battleye is updating properly, just try some other servers/ maps for that, the problem seemed to fix itself for me, but then vilayer released a server update which was ment to fix the loading issue. All I can suggest is just keep trying and get all latest updates

Missing vehicles and or lack of player imagination is why this map fails. It would be great to see camps being built on this map and some teaming up of survivors, but due to damaged/missing/teleported vehicles this doesn't make this easy even if people wanted to do this. Most players come to this map with the COD/Cherno mindset which makes it completely boring for those who are not so narrow minded. It would help if Vilayer game us a means to reset vehicle spawns. Also it would be good to see areas or building that spawn only items for building camps, tents, sandbags, barbed wire etc. Again, half the problem lays with players not understanding this map. "There is no loot" the most common thing i hear, well yes there is loot and lots of it, mixed in with the Fallujah buildings are lots of Dayz buildings, these are what you need to find- huge rows flats, lots of schools, hospitals and industrial buldings, there really is no problem with loot, lots of chopper crashes too which are much less of a risk than the airport. In conclusion- people need to get the hell out of the airport and do something constructive, repair vehicles, build camps or simply help other survivors.

OK guys i just reinstalled Fallujah on our server today and logged in first time yes !, it appears to be fixed :)

I'm going to test that now. Once you login with new charcter the problem shound not happen again, it was caused (i believe) by a server side feature vilayer added which meant to give new spawns a map compass and hachet, that feature has since been removed but left a ton of people with the endless loding issue.

No, it's totally broken, at least on private hives anyway. If you manage to get the hero skin ( which is awesome btw) you will soon lose it, either by killing zombies or logging out, not sure which causes it. Right now humanity is yet again working in favor of bandits, you can spawn in, kill a bunch of guys then after you die ( which you will ) the raghead you deserve is gone. Great work rocket, just keep appeasing the cod boys, they will love you at least.

Lee you need to give us the option to install the private server version of this map, the map is great, but with hackers a compete disaster.

Since you can no longer text edit the server cfg file is there some other way to customise difficulty and turn on VON ID ? The arma2oa profile can be edited but is there any point to this ?, can i use this to achieve what I want ? I do not understand why vilayer made this change.

Those settings are not in the OAprofile, are you saying you need to add them ? so it looks like the client side profile ?

Yes, that is the true cost of hacking, loss of players, and who can blame them for leaving.

AFAIK is a problem with all vilayer servers (maybe just private hive), if you got killed recently theres a good chance you will be stuck on loading. The problem is not client side.

Rules for public hive suck hard, get a private hive and do what you like :)

All our admins have been called cheaters and hackers at some point, does that mean we are ? nope. Stupid hackers and children get butt hurt by people who put many hours into this game then cry "admin abuse", look they even have a forum section just to cater for these clowns. "Bohemia Interactive only" - the few servers they would have would be totally overrun by hackers.

I have tried everything possible server side, reinstalling the mod/maps and some other things, nothing works, only Vilayer can solve it, there must be hundreds of people with this issue by now.

The map does not suck, infact it's great if you understand what it's about and how it needs to be played. If you run in for a cherno DM the you won't enjoy it, Vehicles and team play is where it's at. There is no problem with loot either. Only downside is hackers love the map too but its best map since chernarus without question.
