Get a stable version of Alpha, work on stand-alone, Release it as beta like Minecraft did and charge a small fee, the game will move to stand-alone and then the price will increase. Rocket has basically said he is going on the route that Minecraft took.

My whole group run with ghillies ( around 10 of us ) and we have 3 SVD Camo's also, the sniper's who are carrying the SVD's with the ghillies are practically invisible, and so are the rest of us it's insane how well they work, but if you go running through open fields and someone has a decent sniper rifle and a good shot then you can kiss your ass goodbye.

They are rare, so imagine my delight when i found 2 within throwing distance of each other, i was like YEHA, gun shots attracted both set's of zombies, i had the ammo but broken leg and knocked out make's for a bad time, not even time to inject myself, bleh. Edit, Loading into my next life at the moment, going to head back and beat them this time lol!

I had medical supplies :( i got my leg broke and then there was like 20zombies eating on me and then i got knocked out, not even chance to inject myself. But, that's the life of DayZ, start again in 3.2.1

^ Tags are there for a reason. I have read alot about Stand-alone version's of DayZ and i have heard rocket talk about it, but i think we should try help rocket and the staff in any way we can, and what better way to help than simply making this thread and Just signing it. This will show the Bohemia big shot's who handle the cash that DayZ has a future and we want this to be a Stand alone game and we want rocket to be funded to develop this properly, not as a mod but as a stand-alone game however he want's to make it on whatever engine he decides to use. This is just a small way i can think of where the Players and the community can show people we believe in what rocket is making, and help him get funding if that's what's needed or just making them aware we appreciate the work and we are with them, all i ask is a simple thing. This thread may not do well, or could end up with 40pages of sign's who knows, but it's better to try something rather than doing nothing, we can all help just a simple /sign. Tried to download the file from there website and paste it into the folder's it tell's me too, that did not work, tried to reinstall them, that did not work. Im on the latest patch and im using steam, never had this problem before i get instant kicked from every server.
