Do you guys feel bad for killing people?

Takes all of 30 min to get all your basic gear(Alice, Lee/AKM/ w/e, sidearm, map, food, drink.) Usually pretty fun doing that early gearup as well. Why feel bad about killing someone? They are going to be having fun while you're probably busy running someplace else. I don't hide bodies though, I'm fine with people getting some easy loot from my kills. Also makes for a good lure B) -
You'll find matches in most grocery stores, they're pretty common these days.

What do you consider the definition of a bandit?

A bandit is anyone that is taking things that don't belong to them, be it through murder or simple robbery. 99% of the time I will kill the people I come across unless they are part of my group. I have only let 1 person live since I started playing dayz, and that's b/c he didn't shoot when he had me in his sights. A bandit with honor, funny, but that's me. -

I think it would work if you wore ladies underwear. If you candle handle the heat, step out of the kitchen(aka find a less hardcore game.)

Bandits are key to the game. Without them, their is no DayZ. You have to survive in a world full of infected and hostile survivors willing to do ANYTHING in order for them and theirs to survive.

Yea, hacker. I shot a guy with this loadout at electro 5-6 days ago. He was on sniper hill and I was set up farther out to camp other snipers. I shot him 3 times with my M107 before he logged out. Hackers are so pathetic. -
That timer is broken, it just seems to happen randomly.

Yea, a couple of my clan-mates and I recently ran into a hacker at Stary as well. All of us had M107's/As50's, 2 of us were on overwatch while a 3rd moved on up to the tents. Our lead was about 100 meters out and the other overwatch was 50 meters from me and their was nobody in Stary. All a sudden a hacker teleported in behind our position, 3 silenced shots in less than 3 seconds to kill each of us. An hour later on a different server we all got teleported along with 20 other people to a position bearing satchel charges, The hacker blew us all up the moment we were ported in. First day I've ever died to hackers in the month I've been playing. So annoying.

The game is in alpha, be careful about dropping anything. Should have just switched the guns from inv to backpack, didn't need to drop them. You didn't lose anything special, you'll be fine :)

Yea, that's pretty pathetic. Someone that doesn't kill you while you're logging in doesn't deserve to die. I kill on sight 99% of the time and I would have let him live(and I'm an asshole.) Also if you pick something up, don't log off just after finding it, it will go away. Need to wait 5-10min to log off.

Noobs still complaining and making even more threads, how nice. the 1911 and revolver were overpowered, they needed to be toned down. You should not be able to down a zed with 1 pistol shot unless it's to the head. Granted 3/4 shots for the 1911/revolver is excessive, 2 would make sense. Soloing is also still possible, I was doing just fine yesterday by myself. Maybe you should consider sucking less. -
