Hey quick question are helis back or not? In the changelog it said WILL BE added so i'm not sure what that means. Me and my frieds spent all of today patroling the spawns so I was just wondering if I could get an official word on it.

So that everybody knows, undead labs has been working on Class 3 since before Rocket was born! Okay, that's an exaggeration, it has actually been over 2 years. I have been following them and their development since it has surfaced and you cannot possibly call them out for copying. I just want this to be clear. For all we know, Rocket could of seen their feature list and copied them! This is very unlikely, they just both want to create a good zombie simulator. I wanna stop hearing shit about Class 3 as I have followed and supported them for 2 years. FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT READ ONLY THE CAPITALIZED BOTTOM LINE, UNDEAD LABS ANNOUNCED THEIR GAME OVER TWO YEARS BEFORE ROCKET ANNOUNCED/STARTED TESTING HIS MOD. -

Okay so my group has had some ghille suits stored for a while and I decided to do some field tests to see exactly how they work in the current patch, this is what I found. I'm not sure if they even spawn in this patch but if you find one in someone's camp, read carefully. Ghille suits are usable, just follow my instructions. So I found that when you log off wearing a ghille suit, you will be rolled back to the EXACT point where you put it on. Your inventory will be the same, even your stats. The solution I found was to keep your civ clothing that you get when you put a ghille suit on. Then, before you log off, put on your civ clothing, and you can log back in right where you left off. Sorry if this was already posted, I just want to help. EDIT* Also, you cannot get in vehicles, or access the inventories of tents while ghilled -Jigsaw -

Okay, first off, don't get mad. DO. NOT. TAKE. THIS. THE. WRONG. WAY. By all means, I understand and fully support the priority of connectivity issues, and small bugs. That always takes full priority. However, I would like to bring up how us fully developed groups (and I mean we have EVERYTHING) have NOTHING to do. This forces us to go to the coast and snipe fresh spawns, which makes us feel like dicks, and makes the newbs unhappy. I know the whole underground thing is very far into the future, so I have a suggestion to give us something to do. Fix Helicopters. Obviously you need to be pretty developed to own and operate one of these machines, so it would give us big groups something to fight over. With the connectivity getting better, I think this is a good idea. It just gives an extra "goal". Just something to distract us from the coast. I'm not saying it would be easy to fix the bugs in them and such, but I had one before they were disabled. I had it for 5 minutes, before it glitched out, and it was the greatest 5 DayZ minutes of my life. Just a suggestion (: -

For my group, it's either not play, or kill people. We have EVERYTHING. Killing is entertaining. Not THAT entertaining, but there's currently nothing MORE entertaining. I never said it would keep us occupied for long, it would just buy time until they put some more advanced stuff in the game. -

Logical answer incoming! I had the same problem, get completely out of steam. Signed out, closed, quit, everything. Right click steam and choose "Run as Administrator" This fixed the problem for me and a lot of other people. If you don't run through steam do the same for the game shortcut. -

We made sure we had a friendly driver in it the whole time. We DID make the mistake of having guns in the back. Thankfully, they didn't take them. I think they felt a weird kind of safety with us, also they might have been like us, bored and looking for some roleplay. -

Haha we actually started blocking off a barn for our slaves to stay in, when I realized they could disconnect, go to another server, and get free really easily. Kind of a form of tunneling I guess lol. It would be my dream if that couldn't happen. We've also been searching for 1277, we actually left him with a gun and some supplies when we left him haha. He is definately the lead slave though. -

Now that I have a chopper, I was wondering. If my squad ejects, will they parachute down, or fall to their death? Any answer here is greatly appreciated so I don't have to find some newb on the coast to test it for me (:
