I have never had problems with DayZ Commander and I have high-quality anti-virus/malware programs. I do not think that DayZ Commander would be as widely-used as it is if it installed malicious software. -
No, it does not do the same thing, for whilst alt-tabbed your character does not move in-game even if you have a weight on your run key.
