I played during the mod depending upon how I felt, really. (I still remember the encounter I had with you at the Chernarus barns :D) Hardly. Please re-read my original comment. Game's release being the release of the Standalone. Which should be obvious, since the mod is not a game.

I play in highly populated servers and go around to talk with people, help them if necessary, etc. I feed the needy. I also play with groups/people, as well.

By main character I believe you are referring to the character in which the player controls, correct? If so, then, if a small clip/film were to be recorded for the player(s) to discover more about his or her character(s), wouldn't that contradict and/or defeat the purpose of each player's unique character being their (so, unique, again) character (in which his or her choices/actions define his or her character)? I do believe it would unless the developers would decide to record millions (that is not hyperbole) of separate film clips for each individual player...and that is not going to happen.

Server hopping is the rapid switching of servers in order to quickly acquire loot (instead of waiting the long period(s) of time for it to respawn). Combat logging is the process of logging out of the server whilst you are engaged in combat with another player. Ghost(ing) is the process of, whilst in combat with another player, logging out of the server and switching to a new server, so one can move positions on the map without the danger of being killed by said other player (with whom one is engaged in combat with), in order to gain an advantage over said other player. It also falls under combat logging, in a sense.

I feel it does, for Troubleshooting is for technical problems only, and General Discussion and New Player Discussion often share the same topics (so, either section is perfectly fine).

I planned to make a pinned topic the other day but school got in the way. So, I have the created the topic. Although, it will hardly have any effect; I guarantee you that. We are not, however, going to become as strict as the Bohemia Interactive forums.

Please make sure you have used the search function and/or have actually searched this forum before posting, to decrease the amount of suggestions that are re-posted. As per usual, should you fail to do the above prior to posting (and end up posting a suggestion when a topic regarding said suggestion currently exists), your topic shall be locked (and you will be directed to the existing topic) or merged (with said existing topic), depending upon the content of your topic. Do not create worthless (i.e. pointless, non-constructive, obviously stupid, etc.) suggestions, for should you do so, your topic will be locked. These include suggestions like in-game marriage, the removal of zombies, and so on. Also, do not just say 'we should have ___', but rather elaborate upon why you think said thing(s) should be implemented. Obviously all forum rules apply to this section.
