Revert BACK to 1.7.2.4 and play on .4 servers.

1.7.2.5 servers almost never save on restart. Revert back to .4 if you want vehicles to save, and play on .4 servers.

Are you a player who wants to find some vehicles that don't reset after every server restart? Perhaps a tent kind of guy? There's a very simple solution. Revert back to 1.7.2.4. It's honestly an extremely simple way to get that bike you've always wanted. Perhaps that UAZ, or even that chopper. NOW, if you're looking for PvP only, then 1.7.2.4 is not for you. 1.7.2.4= vehicles and/or tents. Depending on the server, a slight chance for common PvP. 1.7.2.5= PvP for days. Maybe you'll get extremely lucky and find a server that either doesn't restart or magically saves vehicles even after restarting. The thing about going on 1.7.2.4 servers is that all the clans/players/whoever have moved on from that server a long time ago, therefore all vehicles that were left alone for more than 7 days shall be put back into their original spawn [or at least, one of them]. Perhaps all you're looking for in vehicles/tents is storage? [Obviously tents are for storage]. If that is the case, you can store the gear that you desire to store in the tents/vehicles, and then merely revert back to 1.7.2.5 to go and hunt players, help players, rob players, watch players, fuck with players, scare players...whatever your heart is longing to do. It takes me less than five seconds to revert back. Perhaps you're looking for transport? Grab a motorcycle, a car or a bike. Drive up to your desired place and park in somewhere safe; revert to .5 and do what you wish. It's honestly, as stated before, a simple solution. Considering 1.7.2.5 didn't fix artifacts [for most players; it pretty much fixed it for me], the only real addition [of course, I'm probably completely ignorant towards this] of 1.7.2.5 is humanity and some other small things. I don't see much of a change between .5 and .4. If enough people go with this suggestion, then perhaps you'll get the best of both words: PvP and vehicles.

Really? I never spawn on the beach when I do a roll back. It may be because you're joining a server [as in, clicking 'OK'] too fast. You need to sit in the lobby for a bit until you're notified [in the feed: bottom left] that BE has updated.

I think the weapon that you found was an AS50 TWS [blue-ish colour would be of the TWS addition]. IF I WERE YOU/IF YOU WERE A GOOD PERSON, I would put the AS50 TWS on the body of a zombie and then hide it. Such an overpowered weapon. But keep the rest of the gear; no need to drop it! I would probably change servers. P.S. If any of his other gear seems suspicious/out of the ordinary, just ask and you shall receive confirmation.

Yes. If you back up both your .4 and .5 files in different, distinguishable folders, it takes only seconds to revert between the two if you wish to.

I don't actually think, on most servers that are up on 1.7.2.5, that any vehicle actually saves. On few servers save vehicles, most of which don't actually restart [the restart on most servers causes the vehicles to be reset]. If you're looking to get some vehicles on a server that actually saves, go back to 1.7.2.4. That's what I did, and its a lot of fun being able to fly a chopper for a few days.

No no, sorry. I found the vehicles, but I had a group member/friend to fly the chopper and airlift me back to retrieve the vehicles [repeated process]. I have footage. Also, it wouldn't be hard to steal said vehicles by myself; all I would need is time. In fact, it's really easy.

Unless you have an extra pair of NVGs and a GPS, this is a bloody stupid trade, honestly. Alice packs are the most common packs. Just check a supermarket and you shall save yourself a lot of time and hard work. [bolded text is dependent upon former text]
