How about you take a look at his debug monitor? Yeah, you don't get banned for using weapons that were spawned by someone else, but you can't prove for sure that he didn't spawn the weapons. Combine the amount and type of weapons he has with the amount of kills he has, it makes it really unlikely that he just "found" the weapons.

Is it Bannable off a Server?

Even though SUVs don't exist within DayZ (As far as I know), it's not a bannable offence if you legitimately found it. BattleEye won't ban you for it, and I doubt Rocket is going to ban you for it. -

If your legs are broken, you can kill yourself from ESC > Respawn.

Contact BattleEye about that. Rocket can't do jackshit. (No offence.) The "X was killed by X." message used to be a part of the game, but it has been removed. Now, the server admins can toggle "X was killed." messages on or off.

it doesn't matter what you think. At all. From a legal standpoint; DayZ is a mod for ARMA 2 and ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead. You bought those games to play DayZ. You did not buy DayZ.

I'm loving A LOT of these suggestions. Now to hope that they can/will be implemented with the new engine. Though we don't know what engine the new DayZ will be built on. (Or do we? I don't.)

Way to lick a developer's ass. Either way; Read the two links in my signature. It may feel cheap, but they're supposed to be hard and annoying. I'm sure if Rocket didn't want the pathfinding to be the way it is, he would do what he could, to change it.

Blame the ARMA 2 engine and Bohemia Interactive for the pathing system. Don't put it on DayZ's or Rocket's account.

BattleEye doesn't ban you for picking up / using hacked weapons. "No one is banned for using non-hack programs (like Fraps, overlays, etc.), picking up or using hacked in-game items, weapons or vehicles, being on a server at the same time as a cheater, or other passive non-cheating activity. Therefore all requests mentioning these things as possible reasons for the global ban are ignored." -
If you have no evidence, don't come on the forums, calling people hackers. And what about the time you were teleporting everybody mid-air on a server I always play on? Hm? And that fucking RPG you were spamming at Elektro. I think you were invincible, too, since I KNOW I shot you in the head at least 3 times with an AKM.. Oh, you want proof? Sorry, don't have any..

Stop being so entitled. You never bought DayZ. Even if you bought 2 games JUST to play DayZ, you still only paid for ARMA 2 and ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead. You'll have to buy DayZ just like everybody else. Because none of us have paid for DayZ, yet.

1. Most snipers shoot others for fun, not for loot. Great example is Cherno and Elektro. 2. They can just pull out their side-arm and kill the approaching zombies. Most snipers that come back south just to kill most likely have a silenced weapon with them. 3. We(Any DayZ player) can still dupe ammo and items quite easily. If everyone was playing legit, these would be great suggestions. But sadly, there are exploiters and assholes. -

You can't fix being killed when you lay down in awkward places or opening doors, or anything similar. That's a problem with the ARMA 2 engine. You should tell Bohemia Interactive to fix those. -

Getting more kills / murder count up to brag to friends. They never mention how they killed them.
