They don't need no evidence. At first you have to proof if someone is guilty. Than you can take him to court, not the other way around. I which world are you living? They don't have to proof their innocence.. so you can't see them spawning it, only using. So calm down.

Hi, ich habs schon in anderen Threads erwähnt und ich reporte locked Server immer weiter. Dein Geld ist uns egal was du zahlst. Solange du den offiziellen Hive nutzt, ist es dir verboten, den Server mit einem Passwort zu schützen. Du hast ja schließlich auch eine Verbindung zum Hive beantragt und somit den Regeln zugestimmt. GELD ist kein Grund, die Regeln zu ändern. Wenn ihr selber für euch spielen wollt, kein Problem, versteh ich auch. Ohne hive gibts auch keine Serverhopper, da du einen "privaten" hive hast. HI, like I said in other threads, I will not stop, reporting locked servers. Your money doesn't matter. When you use the official @hive, it's forbidden, to protect the server with any password. You wrote to DayZ Staff to "whitelist" your server to get connection to the @hive, so you had accepted the rules. MONEY is no reason, to change the rules. I understand, that you want to play legit with your friends or clan, thats no problem and I understand it. Without @hive you have no serverjumpers, because you use a private @hive. Good luck with it.

As you see, I was informed about the rules. My language was little harsh, but I had my reason. The devs can ban global for d/c'ing etc. but they have to see the logs, and thats not the job of the admins, thats the job of the dayz staff. In German: Ich denke du kannst das oben lesen :) Lokale Bans bleiben die 2 offiziellen Regeln (ja leider, aber derjenige "könnte" ja auchn PC absturz haben, dann währe dein Handeln nicht richtig).

You have only 2 reasons to kick/ban a player! Malicious Talk and Racism. All other you cannot proof. In German for the DE (so should be German) admins: Man es geht hier seit Wochen immer und immer wieder so, dass Admins denken, sie müssten irgendwelche Regeln durchsetzen. Euer scheiss Job ist es, den Server im Auge zu behalten und ihr dürft nur aus den oben genannten Gründen kicken. 2 Regeln! Es ist NICHT eure Aufgabe, über andere zu Urteilen, ob er nen Disconnect hat (könnt ja auch 24h Disc sein) oder sonstiges. Das machen Devs mit Logs, aber nicht ihr. Ihr dürft es nicht! Ist es so schwer 4 verdammt Buchstaben zu verstehen? NEIN Mir scheiss egal was ihr zahlt für euern Server. Haltet euch an die Regeln oder werdet Blacklisted.

Seeeing so many server with 10 or 15 and connected to @hive... so bad controlled... Dev'S sleeping. It's done in 2 minutes to scan and sort by some max players.

You ever did sports or watched them? Cheaters/abuser gonna banned from championships. No sportmen ever moved to other tournaments...
