The HD 3200 does not support DirectX 11. The game changed to DX11 and that is why your old hardware does not work anymore.

The problem is from being able to log out in buildings. I think if you are in a building logging out should be disabled. It solves the problem of the player clearing it, the issue with players in PVP going inside and logging out, and using it to loose infected and wolf agro. Any audio or visual cue for a login is unacceptable.

Oh I agree, but I also think that we need to accept what minimum is supposed to be. No way I would recommend or even think it is playable, but it is the minimum.
