I was on with 100 players, it wasnt bad besides dieing all the time

I would say Winchester, I used the Enfield when I first started. Lets just say I ran out of ammo before I ran out of Zeds to kill.

I believe the servers should stay 100 or less, while I prefer 50 or so I can see sometimes going more populated but 250 is crazy

I think above ground with maybe tunnels connecting the buildings could be fine, but I agree that other things should be fixed first. Honestly I cant wait for it to be standalone.

I had a similar issue, what I did is go into Arma II and into the multiplayer and mine was set to LAN instead of internet, I suggest looking into that.

I just recieved help from them, amazing guys, even stayed during the update problems!
