as someone mentioned before, i like the idea of psychological effects for both parties, but having this implemented would be a very difficult task for rocket, if they decide to do it at all. i would think that for the non murderers, this effect would come into play after seeing someone, and surviving their presence. you just constantly think about it, or what you could have done. maybe your character shakes, similar to the shakes from pain, except these would go away automatically and return every once in a while; i don't know still. i'm bad at explaining things. and the bandit psychological issues would come in after murdering someone.

this leads to a genius idea...there should be some kind of debuff for if you have a low humanity, gained from killing people. this debuff could be avoided through robbing.

well, you clearly didn't read the post, or watch the video. 1. the person they were robbing was killed, and it was their (the person being robbed) fault for being killed, as he took a risk in killing one of them, but in the end, it led to his own death. 2. you clearly did not read the giant message at the end of the post, in bold, capitalized, and underlined, dumbass.

it's a tricky situation, because finding a balance without giving an unnecessary punishment is difficult for rocket.

i usually don't do this...but think about it... FREE HELICOPTER.... all you had to do was hide and kill five guys, and then it's yours...OR, wait for the zombies to finish them off, wait for the zombies to clear out, then take the chopper.... yes, i hate these faggots that kill without reason, but do a five second rule. say "friendly?" and if they don't reply in five seconds, open fire.

so out of curiosity, i was looking through the arma 2 OA menus. (keep in mind that i am playing dayz with ARMA 2 FREE and arma 2 oa all on steam) and then i saw extensions. so i look through here, wondering what these buttons do. so thanks to my retardedness, i clicked the "arma2" button on the extensions screen. and clicked "yes, i would like to restart my game now" so now, i can't start the game, because it gives me errors that i'm sure are directly related to me clicking the box. so now my question: how can i uncheck the arma 2 option in the extensions part of the arma 2 OA menus when i cannot open the game in any way? it sucks, because now i can't play dayz and get off of this damn rooftop. ERROR LIST: No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgInGameMPTable.shadow'. Error compiling pixel shader PSSpecularAlpha:0s and then the game just closes... WTF!

okay, so first, after clicking the arma2oa.exe shortcut, i get this: No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgInGameMPTable.shadow'. and then i get this: Error compiling pixel shader PSSpecularAlpha:0 WTF DOES THIS MEAN!?

i have slow internet, with DL speeds of about 100kb/s. now imagine reinstalling ARMA 2...point being, reinstalling is a last-resort tactic. any other ideas? i can't like, change the config or something?
