    My server is in New York and I see low pings from most US players. It restarts at 5am CDT so most likely you wont be playing for it to affect you. It is running at GMT +12 so it is daytime after work hours since that is when my group plays.

    I have only locked my server once and that was due to a hacker joining. I couldn't get into the admin panel to shut it down so I locked it to save other players from losing their progress.

    Not to sound rude but why would someone support your server when they can just go to the other 1000+ that exist for free?

    By unmanaged service do you mean we have 100% control? Complete access to the config files and everything?

    This is happening on my server as well, no idea what is causing it.

    Yes I understand that, but it took like 5 seconds for him to unload them.

    You can't shoot them instantly.

    It was not a M203 HE, he shot at least 10 explosives in a row with no reload time.

    I would just like to say that over the weekend I had the pleasure of renting a server from JGS. It was up and running in a few hours, with little to no issue. Every ticket I have submitted has not been related to technical issue but more aesthetic issues, such as server name format. All of my tickets have been answered within a couple of hours and my server hasn't crashed once so far. Currently I am extremely satisfied with the service.

    Is there a way to have it auto start a mission without an admin having to join and set it up? If so I would be very grateful if you could share how.

    @Jonnerz, if I get a slotted server can I pick a timezone or is it stuff to the time the server is located? I only ask because a Chicago server would be great but most of my friends play after work so we would want it to be offset so it isnt always night time.

    Is there a way to start the process before ordering? I dont want to get the VPS then wait a week till I can actually use it.

    Cool, now do you handle getting the VPS whitelisted or do we have to do that?

    In regards to the VPS, do we have to go through the process of getting white listed or is that done on your end? Also since me and my friends like to play after work could I just easily offset the timezone on the VPS to change the time in game? Edit: Also when will you get more VPS's in stock?
