I like the idea behind it. The problem with this idea is that it shifts the focus of DAYZ drasticly towards medical survival, which most of the players probably won't like ( I like it). Maybe it's an good idea to make a mod for standalone DAYZ out of it.

I'm in for spawning with an Czech Vest Pouch and tuning the spawn-% of the other Backpacks why? because if I find a Backpack, its mostly an ALICE -they spawn more often then Czechs, weird, isnt it?-, I never used an Assault pack (found two so far). Spawnrate of the Coyote Backpack is fine for me, had it only once.
