DayZ commander only looks at the tags inside the name of the server afaik. In your server config you have a line similar to this? class Missions { class DayZ { template = "dayz_####.Chernarus"; //DO NOT EDIT THIS LINE. difficulty = "Regular"; }; }; If it's not set on difficulty = "Regular" in your server cfg, it won't matter what you set the options as in the profile. -
www.dayzcommander.com Under install/update it'll have the current beta avail as well as the current mod and extra maps to play on. Edit: Made it a proper link

If they have waypoints on, you'll see a little marker telling you how far away from that point you are.

Hold left shift and click on where you want to go with the left mouse button. That's really only helpful on server that have waypoints turned on though. WP:1 in the server name. EDIT: Unless you mean just put text on the map. Double click on the map and type your comment. Keep in mind, those comments are visible to other players.

Without knowing you're setup, that's most likely the file. Are you running through a GSP or are you self hosting this? -

Get can get the file via FTP or if you have a file manager in your control panel. You should be able to download it (to check if that's the problem at least) but uploading and overwriting will probably be disabled, although you're a private server. -

Paypal got me $40 back from a cancelled subscription gone wrong. Host said "Sorry, you now have a credit on your account." Paypal said "No, give back the money." Edit: This was just a few weeks ago and it took about a month to 'process'. -

If you can read your server config, check that the mission has a complete entry. Should look like this: class Missions { class DayZ { template = "dayz_1234.Chernarus"; //DO NOT EDIT THIS LINE. difficulty = "Veteran"; }; }; Except the 1234 will be different, obviously. As said above, you can always contact your GSP. -

Regardless if it's required, those that use DayZ Commander can use filters to find servers they're interested in. I'd leave it. -
I saw a few of these in my logs this afternoon. My only logical explanation is that the newest beta exe isn't backwards compatible with whatever version the servers you're trying to join are running. Some (or most) hosts are slightly behind the curve when it comes to having the latest beta avail whereas DayZ commander is hit or miss with updates. Right now, DayZ Commander has 98046 avail but my host only has 97678.

If you can decipher the logs, you're good to go. Load outs, positions, vehicles, tents. It's a lot easier to maintain control once that's figured out. A good admin knows how to obtain information, a better admin knows to NOT exploit that information. I haven't seen any funny business in my server for over a week. -
