I use this beautiful thingy §. I play on a Macbook though so take whatever you want from it. Funny story; I broke my headphones in the input jack and it got stuck there. Tried to get it out with some glue and now there's glue in my computer. No headphones for me. Please be fuck life. -
Oh my looks like the game won't be destroyed contrary to popular belief... rocket actually thinks things through. I hope some people learns a lesson from this.

I run straight up to the player I see and loudly say "HELLO FRIEND!" and I haven't been shot on sight in forever.

Options > Controls Just remember that some server have Third Person turned off (the awesome servers) so if it isn't working that could also be it.

Come one!* There must be SOMEWHERE you can safely meet someone to trade on the huge map. There aren't snipers behind every little bush. If this game ever introduces safe zones, quest hubs, NPC's, trading money or other mmo tropes I will stop playing because the originality will be lost. EDIT: *Come one!?

I play on a Macbook Pro. Sometimes only using the touchpad. Works like crap but fun as hell when I accidentally fire my gun.

Right click once and it will take you into first person actually aiming woth the iron sights. :)

That is because no one but rocket KNOW how it will work exactly (yet), but it is kind of stupid to think he has not thought about those obvious things! Redundant questions, most of which are answered in the first few pages of this very thread. Just have som patience and we will ALL find out how it will work! Or even if it works.

What if there was another button under "Abort" that said "I am not server hopping, honest!" that didn't log a disconnect? Genius me.

Every player on Norway 1 (including me) recieved the "best" gear yesterday, including the AS50, out of nowhere. I threw mine away but I'm pretty sure not everyone did.

Playing through Steam? Steam updated to 1.62 and some people have had some trouble with it. There are some threads about in in the Troubleshoot section you could check out. :)
