haha since the update, ive noticed a lot of people banding together now, seems the trend is changing for the better.

Update to 1.7.2.5 and then join a server with this patch and then you can now choose respawn if you have broken legs, will spawn you without gear in a starting location on the beach.

Hero, got the skin to prove it :). Not sure what my humanity actually is though, keeps resetting to 0 when I log in.

Kill fresh spawns in Electro/Cherno, its the latest craze, just find a sniper rifle from one of the many tents, lay on the hill and snipe away. Or get closer to the action, when you hear someone say Friendly its code for kill me, its what all the idiots are doing so it must be right.

From what I understand is that they are a standalone hive, what this means is that Yes your character will save on this server and resume when you log back in. Your DayZ character will not be affected so in effect you will have two different characters. These standalone servers each retain your character, it doesnt copy across to other Sanctuary servers.

When you load into Dayz, have a look in the bottom right corner, what versions do you see there?

Not sure, I had the skin on when I first logged into 1.7.2.5 and havent lost it since. My humanity was at 0. Even though it goes up most times, it went down once as well however each time I log in, its back at 0.

We had a similar issue last night, we destroyed a vehicle and then promptly got killed by the previous owners, server restarted and presto, vehicle was back.

Look at his avatar, I think he seriously does suffer from this affliction. I would suggest leaving your Mum's basement occasionally, get some fresh air.

Been resetting back to 0 for me as well every time I log in, same as the kills etc. However I have kept my Hero Skin every time. I figured it was adding/subtracting to a total figure that was behind the scenes and it only showed humanity accrued/lost during this session.

Not sure where you recorded that vid but that area is not in dayz, looks more like Takistan. Nice try.

Update - Havent respawned on the beach the last couple of times I have logged in, I have tried limited my logins to a couple of reliable servers to hopefully minimise this. Glitches are still there, seems to be a lot around tank traps too though this could be a result of something close or behind. They really are bad though, worse I have seen. Ammo count seems to be working fine however one glitch encountered was with the axe, when I logged back in the axe was empty and could not be 'reloaded'. I had to put on belt and take back off, reload it again and it worked well. One other issue that is happening every time I log in is that my kill counters are all reset to 0 each time. My humanity starts at 0 each time as well however I am still wearing my 'hero' skin. Logins time vary and im starting to think this might be more a server issue however I did come across a server today that logged us both in very quickly, insanely quick actual. Script #185 keep happening to everyone on one server I was on, it came up and booted everyone back to the login screen, someone said it was a 'safety kick' so instead of an insta death it drops you out of the game and protects you, this was nice once we understood what was happening. Our home server hasnt updated yet so we havent been able to log into it all weekend but when it finally does I will be able to test the vehicles. Zombie pathing seems to be smoother and looks more realistic, good job with the zombies. Hero skin looks great, does anyone know if the females have a hero skin as well? or is my partner evil to the core ?:) Thats my update for now.

Holy snappin duck shit, just logged into a different server today, I normally hit the login OK button, then go to the shops, go to work, do some overtime and then by the time I come back home its normally just logging in. NOT THIS TIME, it was nearly immediate, Ive never had that ever. Also, absolutely no glitching, I dont understand ?, is this a server related issue?

Hi Jem, I have posted about this already. This happened to me when I downloaded the Beta from BIS instead of using Six-launcher. If you did it this way as well then delete your beta and update through six-launcher. My has not reverted back once since doing it this way.

Basically its like Karma, if you are one of the kids that slaughered the noobs and sniped in Electro, then you are most likely wearing a bandit skin now and are KOS to the rest of us :)

Patched two computers, when installing the Betas I used six-launcher for one machine and the beta update page for the other machine. The machine done via six-launcher ran well the other couldnt connect, when I copied across the beta folder from other machine both machines are now working correctly. Downloaded Dayz torrent and used that on both machines. One thing to note, the buggy beta version way also caused dayz to revert back to 1.7.2.4 after launching once, when I fixed the beta it also fixed this bug ? Graphics, thought initially they were fixed however No, in some cases (Balota Airfield) it was much much worse. Am running a GTX 570, video memory set to default. Other machine has a ATI, it too is bugging out however both machines seem to glitch in different areas. Both have latest video drivers installed. Takes forever to log in, HOWEVER when you do finally get in, respawns are much quicker. Am loving the skins and Humanity :) Am spawning on the beach each time. Kills reset. Zombies seem fine, I died once due to being overwhelmed by them, not sure if they were bumped up in numbers but either way they were tougher which was great :) Havent stayed alive long enough to test the ammo.

There is a hotfix being deployed right now that will address the zombies and the glitches. Check it out, people are playing and reviewing it now.

Hey, tonight was the first night in weeks that our server was hacker free !!!, you heard me !, no hackers at all and I was on for a good 3 hours. Well done BattlEye, I saw many people trying to log on that were global banned and script restricted. Thanks, was fun to be able to play again.

Hi, im not sure if this is the correct forum for this but im sure someone will point me in the right direction if it isnt. My son (hes 11) just got nuked by a hacker on AU1. He tried to log back in and it says he was banned?. He has now tried another server and its letting him on so it must be just a ban for AU1. I can attest in his defense that he is not hacking, in fact we wouldnt know how. Hes only 11 so I know he couldnt have done anything either that might be construed as hacking. As the rest of the family play on AU1 could you please look into removing his ban. Kind regards. EDIT: oops please let me know what information you need to remove the ban. He was on AU1 at 9:10pm. Under username Chris. EDIT: Hes now been banned from AU2 ?, can someone please tell me what is going on ??

Ok, I need to escalate this, due to the rampart hacking I have been avoiding playing however I decided to pop on and just see if any friends were on. I COULDNT GET ON!, banned. They didnt just ban my son's account they must have banned the IP, this has now blocked all of us from logging onto these servers. This is just stupid. Can an admin please contact me to find out what is going on.
