Umm... do what?

It feels like the hospitals don't have anything to do with a hospital. I know that loot is basically randomized, but when I go to a hopital I expect to find blood bags, and first aid kits, not rotten oranges. Seriously, hospital loot should be like 90% hospital type loot. When you are hurt, you should be able to expect medical equipment in the hospital for you to loot, not just random shit. PS I don't exactly know how the loot spawning works, but from my experiences to hospitals it seems that hospitals are just considered normal houses in the spawn system. I could be wrong though, but I almost never find actual medical equipment in the hospital.

You should have taken a nice walk on the beach. I know a place near Rify. It's beautiful. When I got my first DayZ girlfriend (yes this actually happens) I took her there. It has a nice view, and its nice and empty. We f*cked. I've never tapped W, and S, so fast before xD

Bohemia has stated they will release maps. However they've comfirmed community maps will be made as well before.

Picking up objects does not do this. It may have been a glitch, but it was not speccifically cause by picking up and object.

Almost every game ever released on Steam has achivements. DayZ doesen't. Now i'm not saying players would get rewarded for getting an achivement, but some people might find it fun to try to get some achivements, it would add a meaning to the game, and you could set a goal to yourself to unlock them all. Just for fun, I decided to make a couple: 5- Play for the first time 10-First Zombie Kill - Killing your first zombie. 15-Beautiful Killer - Get a Emerald 1911 100-Explorer - Enter every city in Chernarus at least once 20-Hunter - Hunt and animal, and cook it 20-Fisherman - Go fishing, and eat a fish 25-Mechanic- Repair a vehicle (once they're added in) 10-First Player Kill - Kill your first player 50-Survivalist - Survive 20 hours with a character 50-Zombie Killer - Kill your 100th zombie 75-Zombie destroyer - Kill your 500th zombie 15-The Curse - Enter Green Mountain 20-Meleeing Zombies - Melee your 50th zombie 25-Doctor - Heal another injured player 10-Bandage - Bandage another player 30- Uncrippled - Use a splint to repair you or another players broken leg 15- Cuffer - Handcuff another player 25- Above the Law - Break free from handcuffs 25- Sharing is caring (lol) - Give another player some of your loot 200- Zombie terminator - Kill 1000 zombies 500- Ultimate Survivor - Survive 40 hours with a character 30 - Long distance kill - Kill a zombie/Player from more that 200 metres away. 30- Airborne - Fly in a helicopter for first time (when helis are added, if they are at all) LOL, i went a little overboard. So basically IMO it makes no sense to spawn hungry. When you wake up you should have "normal" food levels, and not start out hungry. I just thing it would give a bit more time to loot, without instantly having to worry about your food levels. Now of course one could make the argument that you would be hungry because you just woke up, but then shouldn't you start thirsty as well, since you need water way more often than food. PS I'm not writing this because I think it's too hard to get food, it's extremely easy to find food, I've never died from hunger/thirst.

Soon when they allow modding, different maps, and different server rules, they'll probably go more in-depth with the filter tool. Right now it's not really neccesary.

Yeah. Modern technology would be cool. Chernarus seems like a stone-age. The only modern technology I've seen in DayZ are, guns, computers in the prison buildings, cars (broken down ones), walkie-talkies and apartment complexes. This game needs some modern technology IMO.

Lol. Dat' domo though... That's true I guess. I wanna milk a cow, and mix it with cereal, in-game. That'd be pretty fun.
