Yea, but finally getting the weapons you've searched weeks for and getting mowed down by some piece of shit who is mass spawn killing for the "lulz" because of a spawn bug....that's shit. -

I was prone for about 5 seconds before getting blasted. I was prone trying to figure out how to eat, yes I have all of the updates, and yes I know how to right click in my inventory, still nothing.... -
Ok, as usual, I log in and my player is starving to death. In a panic, I'm asking people how to eat or drink. They're telling me to open the inventory and right click the item...that's not working. So, I left the server. Anyone else having this problem? Also, looks like another beach respawn. I am clicking the item picture by the way.

Hey, Rocket. I have the 1.5.8.2 right now, and I am clicking the actual picture of the beans and nothing is happening. -
I've decided to dust off 3dsMax to possibly submit some material to the DayZ team. This is obviously a VERY VERY rough sketch as of now(about 15 mins), but I think someone of you may get it. I decided to start with my personal fave weapon.

It doesn't take me long to model. I'll look into this. I was also thinking of a tranq. gun. Something non-lethal that when the player is shot, he falls into the "hour glass" for a minute or two, in which a bandit can open their pack and rob them without actually having to kill them to do so. -

Yes, it is a Glock. Glock20 10mm to be exact. I may add the tactical light later. Could be a sidearm with a flashlight which would be nice. -

I do feel it's becoming a bit stale with the same spawn points. If I need a rifle, I know to find a white barn. If I want to completely stock up, I find a common general store. I do wish the item spawns were random across the map. I know it would be insanely difficult. -
Have fun with the accuracy. You'll have to aim at their knee's to get a headshot.

When I log in it always says "missing sound panic 1" or something like that. Is this why I've never heard it? -
Kinda curious as to what new gear menu interactions could be available. I can't think of anything off the top that's broken or can be added. We shall see. :D

You need a hunting knife. Then a box of matches to start a fire and cook the meat.

Ok, I thought so. I couldn't get it to work. Thanks. It would be awesome if somehow this could be tweaked. I find more Revolver ammo than I can carry, but I use a 1911. It's always bothered me that they're the same bullet, but the game assigns specfic boxes of the bullet as clips or Revolver ammo boxes. It's difficult(atleast for me), to find 1911 ammo. This would be an awesome fix, if possible.

Good Evening, Has there been any announcement on what may be added or fixed in the new update? I realize we just got one, and I like that it's patched regulatory. Just wondering if Rocket or anyone has mentioned what could be in that patch whenever it may be. Thanks.

Right now, you'd have to venture onto the NW airfield or a military zone to find any of the goodies. I just want a silenced fire arm (not a xbow), and it seems like the only way to acquire one would be to go into those zones. This means it will be very risky. I really couldn't care less about an AK47 or any of those weapons, a silenced handgun would be fine. I would just like to see these items spawned different places on the map..any disabled military vehicle on the map would have to capability to carry the equipment to keep the realism. Also, you don't need to say "The risk is part of it. If you're not willing to risk going into those zones, you don't deserve/want the weapon." I know this, but I see dead soldiers and disabled humvee's and tanks all over, they would have military gear in them (or could) Just a suggestion for those that don't want to hangout around bandit territories.

That's a good idea, a bounty hunter skin. You can effectively kill bandits without becoming one yourself. You can also send a message telling them you will shoot on sight.

This is getting a bit frustrating. For the second time this week I have spent alot of the day making my way North, only to log back in and find myself on the beach. I know it was something to do with the latest patch, is there any news on fixing it?

This is just getting flat out aggravating now. For the THIRD time, in 4 days, I've logged in to spawn back on the beach. Twice I made my way north of the NW airfield, this time, I only traveled about 10 minutes expecting the same thing to happen, which it did. Again I ask, has there been any news on fixing this bug? It's a rather large one, seeing as how you can't even venture out knowing it's a waste of time. I know the database was reset, but I figured it was a one time thing.
