Just a few questions about updates. Will the direct communication bug be fixed? can it be fixed? is rocket even aware of it? is anyone even aware of it?

iv taken to watching people from a safe spot and then saying "hello i am friendly, please press z if u can hear me as i cant see direct communication" it works some times other times I just get shot at.

any news on what update will solve the direct chat (text and voip) bug?

i dont have a mic and i dont use von. and surely that wouldnt effect direct communication text chat?

is there any news on when direct comunication (typing) will be fixed

I have exactly the same problem and it makes the game not nearly as fun as it should be.

is there at least an idea of why we cant hear any one? does this mean people can hear me?

i have had this problem since i started playing this mod and i have always had the latest beta and so have the server i have played on

I have saved people from zombies only to have them come over to me (where I have promptly healed them) and shoot me 2 seconds after I have lead them to a nice shiny gun. I still save every one I can.

I play alone and dont have a mic, so I try to talk to people with text using Direct Communication, to this date no one has replied in either text or mic speak, in some cases i have been standing right next to players. is direct communication working? if not how can I fix it? ( I use a steam version of ArmA2co and I'm up to date on everything and the servers I play are too and have Direct Communication enabled)
