May have been me.. sorry.. anyway.. Lately I've been lucky enough to find tents that actually have something in them and that something actually be worth stealing. However I have started leaving stuff behind, (only) things like water bottles, ammo, morphine and blood packs etc but potentially useful I think Not sure why. Perhaps It makes me feel better about my thievery but who knows? Maybe that loot won't be missed and the tent owner (or the next tent raider) will be happier with what I left behind..better than taking a dump in the sleeping bag while I was there at least.. How would you feel your tent had been raided but had other useful goodies had been 'deposited' in to it? Still be mad brah? (or whatever it is you crazy kids say these days)

Though I'll remember to avoid the front of them from now on so thanks for that ;)

I am most disappointed by the limited range of tasty beverages in this game. Also I would like to be able to deep fry chicken as I feel this is the best way to cook it.

Humans would wipe the feckers off the planet that's what would happen. Its not like we are being invaded by an advanced alien race or something

May just be me.. but I can die several times looking for ..a water bottle, hunting knife, matches, tent and (probably more importantly) morphine, in those cities and it is still waaay faster than collecting them all elsewhere.

Would be quite hard case. More entertaining than grabbing a Z and alt-tabin to read forums while you wait for your inevitable demise.

Prefer lone wolf. I feel better if my mistakes only kill me and I don't want to die due to someone else's stupidity either. I will help someone for a short time against bandits or Z's and perhaps share some loot but I now sneak away at the first opportunity. Any time I've stayed grouped has seen me get shot.. one way or the other.

Seeing as there is no pause button (and you normally get kicked for sitting in a lobby on busy servers) If I need to take a break from the game for even 5-10 minutes I shouldn't be punished for joining another server when I wish to play again. If I log out or get kicked for being idle I take the first slot I can on any of at least half a dozen servers.

Have you been able to before? Have had my head up the back end of a dead cow once and humped a dead pig in the middle of the road trying to get the damn things to become loot able, prone, first person.. you name it...nada.. would've looked hilarious if I had anyone else had seen it, i was swearing and cursing though Was awhile ago now and hasn't happened since but ...

Has happened to me plenty. Not even a tin can on the floor. Server hop..wah.. pish.. I'm not playing on a server where there's nothing to find either.

You hear flys buzzing and the occasional Z growl ..miles away from your computer. You recon suitable loot location on the way to work each morning.

Do prefer the sound of a Winchester.

Thanks. I have been happily living off wild food for awhile now and avoiding trouble. Is kinda ho-hum but am exploring more . Decided to play as a friendly trader once I'm sorted myself out a little (need to sort myself a tent and compass so I can travel lighter and find my way around) and then supply/support 'new' survivors ..until I become one of them. Generally play on NZ/AUS servers. Will update this thread with how things go..
