This isn't CoD where the RDS isn't as accurate as Ironsights. The weapon is just as accurate, even more (due to it being easier to aim) with the red dot scope. ArmA is a military simulator. The accuracy stays the same regardless which scope you have. The bullet doesn't care what you put ontop of the gun. The only thing that changes is how much easier or harder it is to aim.

Only way is to switch between the main weapon in the backpack and the axe in hand. You can't have both at the same time.

Stop getting shot at and quit being a zombie snack. Other than that, no, there is no way to turn it off.

/support. There are way too many reports about abusive admins and servers out there. The legit admins shouldn't care about this addition as they don't need any of the above options (-except- maybe file access, to read logs). Now let's wait for abusive admins to QQ. -
I have no idea. Maybe it means that you will always spawn in the debug plains / middle of the ocean, maybe it means your data won't save, no idea =X

Maybe it won't ban you, but it would seem that it will make your character forever corrupt.

I get your point, I've had a few spots "taken away" from me due to them being blocked. Though, if you really want to get there, you can hop on another server, go behind the blockage and hop back in.

You have to actually SEE the person / zombie before it shows up on the map (well, the game must detect that you see him. You may not actually notice him, but the game will).

I've found a bus plenty of times, got shot at once. Didn't die or lose the bus. -
Right click, properties, add the command in the end of the "target" or "start in" line, not sure which, I think "target". Add it after the quotation marks.

Well, I'll have to know what you're using to launch DayZ. If you're using Six Launcher, open it up, on the bottom left press "options" and just add it to "additional startup parameters"

Those are basically parameters you can add in addition to the "-CpuCount=4" one. You add them in the shortcut of whatever you use to launch DayZ.

Right click your ArmA 2 OA, Properties, Set Launch Options. Nevermind, you said without steam.

Unofficial servers are just as vulnerable for hackers as official servers. They run the same script, they run the same BattleEye, they run the same ArmA and Beta Patches. All the loopholes are still there. You know why you don't get hackers? For the same reason there are no viruses for MacOS, because it's such an insignificant part of the market that any effort to develop a hack for it (or in Private Servers' case, get the password for it) is just not worth the effort.

Just add it to your launch options in steam. Or to your ArmA 2 .exe if you're not running through steam. (Just paste it in the end of "start in" under "properties" )

He can define the engine to properly detect 4 cores with "-cpuCount=4"

Not all people build their own computers. Some just get a friend to do it in a specific budget or go to a store and buy the most powerful one they can afford :P

Oh, by the way. @OP.. Just so you know, it doesn't matter if your FPS doesn't go over 60, as the human eye can't see anything faster than 60 FPS ;)

Make sure Vsync isn't on and try again. Also, don't forget that laggy servers can actually make the client get FPS lags.
