Zombie hearing is messed up in the current patch. I can throw a grenade and none of them cares, but as soon as they spot me from 500 meters away, it's the whole goddamn town on my ass.

Sadly, true. The less players that play on the servers, the less people there are to interrupt them. If a bunch of people were to go online and selectively hunt them all down, that'd be fun. -

That's odd. I never encountered something like that on my AS50, and I have both AS50 and M107 mags.

I meant the M107 AWS, not the regular M107. Source is common sense. I've been an admin on many servers on many games. If I see a dude with a weapon he's not supposed to have, I will ban him. If he knows it's a hacked weapon, it's going to be his own problem once he picks it up. For all I care, whoever knowingly uses a hacked weapon might aswell hacked it himself.

M107 and AS50 rounds travel the same, as they are the same caliber. The only difference is the barrel length. SD rounds have less gunpowder than regular rounds as they need to travel in sub-sonic speed to be quieter, thus they have a grater drop.

You change the zeroing to adjust your aim to the target's distance, as in ArmA (and Real Life) bullets drop with distance due to gravity. Because Zeroing doesn't just magically make your bullet fly forward, it offsets your scope. If your zeroing is 400 and the target is 200 meters away, your bullet will just fly over him.

All flyable helicopters are hacked in currently. If you were banned for flying it, the admin probably thought you're the hacker. That should teach you a lesson about flying hacked helicopters, hm? -
As far as I know, if you take a hacked weapon (knowingly) that isn't in DayZ (like M107 AWS), you can get banned.

For some reason (and this only started lately), whenever I launch ArmA CO, the interface and text look as if they're in low resolution, when my game is set to 1440x900 (both 3D and Interface). Anyone else experienced this or knows how to fix this? Crosshairs aren't always on, it's a server settings. If you can't shoot, maybe you have no ammo?

I'd be careful with helis, seeing as they're hacked in (currently). Being seen with one would make you look like the hacker and might get you banned.

There's nothing to fix about PvP. It's fine. PvP is when a player kills another player, there's nothing to fix about this. The only thing that's going to be fixed is server hopping, when eventually, your body is going to freeze in place for a minute or so after you log out to make sure whoever shot you, can still kill you.

PvP is a part of the game. Server hopping to avoid death is not. When you kill someone, you're playing the game, when you log out because you don't feel like dying, you're abusing.

It's a hacker, not admin abuse.

As of the current script, helicopters are not in the game. All helicopters you see are spawned by hackers.
