Gotta love the bambis, wasting their precious ammo on players that just spawned... I gotta accept a few of your reasons for this form of use in alt+f4, especially with hackers. Lagging would technically be your problem, as you may have a bad pc. However, I do indulge in doing this when hacking arises, fo sho.

Bandits and snipers do tend to camp near the areas of Cherno for fresh players, so watch your 9, 3, and especially your 6. If you are specifically hunting for bandits, look for the towel faced bastard, or a trail of bodies. Once you find one, all you need is a good aim and a gun, and boom, your bounty hunting career can begin.

With the tech used, I find it to be invaluable to any new player. However, it still has it's flaw of the scope being only thermal and NV. It's not the best use of long distance sniping either. It is best use in medium range encounters and close range. -

Funny thing though, it also presents itself as an assault rifle, with it's automatic fire. I found it one time, and I just loved the use of the thermal. Helped me a bunch in night situations :) .
