Can we also add a player list with K/D ratio, and assists? This game definitely needs more way of motivating people to kill.

This game is in alpha. You are automatically a tester from the second you step foot in this zombie survival game. The developers use us, as players to test their game whether we are putting in bug reports or not. We are definitely testing server stability every day. Why else would it be labeled as a early access alpha game? It's definitely not meant for your typical consumer.

This has been suggested before, I think it would be a great feature. As long as they aren't player controlled. But I think the story is that we, the survivors, are immune to the disease.

Health is completely separate from blood. What you need to do is eat and drink until it says "Healing" above "Energized". Right now you need more food to get to healthy status. If your screen is getting blurry it means your health is low, not your blood is low.
