No, I will always be using teamspeak regardless. They can't restrict players from using outside sources to communicate, because you could easily be in the same room as the other person.

To aim down your sites tap right mouse. (Make sure you "tap" it don't hold it)

Press "Space" to bring up your weapon. It might also help you if you tried third person with the "Enter" key on the num-pad. Some servers restrict you to first person only though.
