I have windows 7 and also have multiple accounts under the same user, I have multiple steam accounts with the game bought, I just launch through steam with Six Launcher , you just need to be signed in under the account you want on steam.

This all seems a little over my head haha, I've read through the guide a couple of times and I still cannot quite grasp it.

That sounds just like the problem Im having cheeze, a question before I go ahead with the install, has it fixed your problem and does it make your laptop overly hot when playing?

Ok so I have tried all the trouble shooting ideas in these threads and still get bad frame drops every 20-30 seconds even on the lowest settings. I get a solid 40-50 frames but It will sporadically drop to 4-5 for 1-2 seconds this is very frustrating and I should be able to run the game without an issue. PC Specs. Did he have a camo or ghillie suit on? If soo there is a bug where you will continue to respawn where you last logged out with civ clothing on with all your gear intact.

The guy who is streaming is getting the help of a guy by the name of "cupin amurica" or something along the lines of that. http://www.twitch.tv/PsiSyndicate (Note Not The Streamer, cupin amurica) He is continuously spawning different vehicles and weapons.
